** PLEASE EMAIL questions, please DO NOT call. We are a volunteer based group and are unable to handle the call volume. WE HOLD ADOPTIONS ON SATURDAYS & SUNDAYS FROM 10-4 PM at our Adoption Center. Our adoption center is located next to CAL Ranch at 232 North Jones (I-95) Suite 170. NO APPOINTMENT NECESSARY, just walk right in. Rocky is 5 yrs old and should weigh about 35-40 lbs. (currently overweight) His owner recently passed away leaving no family that could care for him. He is very dog friendly (8 dogs total in the home). He was purchased as a puppy and grew up in a senior home, so a quieter household would be ideal for him. He has not been around children that we have been able to gather. He was housebroken at one time but may need a refresher due to the health of his mom in the last 6 months, he was not let out to pottie like in the past. He would love a foster home while waiting for the perfect family. More will be known about me soon. A Path 4 Paws holds adoption events at our Adoptions Center, located at 232 N. Jones Blvd, Suite 170 right next to CAL Ranch (North Jones/ I-95). Please bring your dog(s) for a meet and greet (if applicable) Please bring your entire family so everyone can meet. We have limited space at the store, therefore we can not take every dog out to the event. This pet comes with 30 days of free post-adoption support through Petcademy.org . This benefit includes free access to Petcademy's team of trainers/behaviorists, as well as access to online materials that will help you settle Rocky into your home. You can text unlimited questions to Petcademy and they'll respond within 24 hours, Monday-Friday. This pet is spayed/neutered, has current vaccinations and includes a microchip, deworming and 2 free vet visits, including a Healthy Start Certificate with the VCA Hospitals with a $250 health credit (restrictions apply). Adoption fee applies. Please make sure you have read the information listed on the homepage for requirements and restrictions. Foster homes & volunteers are always needed. Maddie is as sweet as can be. she is 9 years old, she was diagnosed with Glaucoma and has been blind since she was 5. seeing her get around you hardly would know it. she gets around very well. Maddie is so loving, gentle and playful. Maddie just like to be close to her people. she will follow you around and hope for a cuddle. since she became blind she prefers to be on the floor, but she will sit in a sofa with you and cuddle. she loves to give kisses. Maddie would do well in any home. but because she is blind it would probably be best to not be with small children who leaves toys around for her to bump into. Maddie had a lot of training as a puppy, but since she lost her sight she really only hear basic commands now. Maddie does need to be in a home that does not have too much clutter. she needs to be able to find her way around. My ex husband has gotten very sick and can no longer care for them. I work 12-15 hr days.It is not fair to them to be home alone for that long.

Lily is a 6 month old well behaved Aussie Shepherd. She is mostly house-trained, no issues at home but had some at a friend's house when I went on vacation. She loves walks, the dog park, and any dog toys. She plays well with other dogs and people. No issues with kids. She hasn't encountered any cats so that is unknown, but I think she'd be fine with them. Overall, she is a well behaved dog with lots of energy and love, and I'd like to see her go to a great home.
