Story
Meet Bruce Wayne1.5-year-old, neutered male, 35 lbsMini Aussie x Pit x Great Pyrenees mix This sweet, loyal boy is looking for the right forever home. He’s healthy, affectionate, and loves being close to his people. Fast, agile, and full of personality, Bruce would make an amazing hiking or adventure companion. He also enjoys the simple things in life — popping bubbles, snuggling on the couch, and going for car rides. Bruce has grown up with two other dogs and around children ages 6+. He is dog-friendly once he settles down and absolutely loves to play. He’s smart, energetic, and eager to be involved in whatever you’re doing. He is: • Potty trained • Crate trained • Trained with recall, “place,” and both on- and off-leash walking, but could use more work. A few important things to know: •Bruce has a strong prey drive and cannot live with cats, chickens, or other small animals. •Once Bruce decides you are his people, he can become possessive of your affection or space towards other dogs, so you will need to be clear that is not acceptable. Best fit for Bruce: • Someone familiar with bully breeds and/or livestock guardian breeds • An active home that can keep up with a smart, high-energy dog • No small animals in the home Bruce is up to date on vaccines. If you think you might be the right fit for this handsome guy, submit an application. To further inquire about BRUCE WAYNE, submit an application. https://wigglytails.org/adoption-application/ Tell us about yourself, family, other pets, and how BRUCE WAYNE will mesh with your lifestyle. Qualifying applicants will be contacted by our Adoption Coordinator with next steps and an opportunity to set up a Meet & Greet. Our process is NOT a “first come, first served” process. (We DO NOT hold pets for later consideration.) Our team carefully reviews and interviews applicants for the best possible fit for each adoptable pet, and potential family. Submitting an application does not guarantee a call or response from our rescue. Our volunteers will screen the applications and reach out if it is determined to be a good fit. We look forward to facilitating a positive and solid adoption for BRUCE WAYNE, as well as his future family. *Fostered in Eugene/Springfield, OR ADOPTION APP: https://wigglytails.org/adoption-application/ ##2747043##

Tess was found on 6/20/26 at the 1300 block of E 43rd Avenue in Eugene. She came into the shelter already spayed. If you believe this is your missing dog, please contact the shelter at (541) 689-1503. Since this dog is new to the shelter and we are still looking for their family, they are not viewable on the adoption floor at this time. The shelter staff is giving me some time to settle in and adjust to this new place. As we get to know each other a little better, the behavior team and veterinary staff will then be evaluating my needs. Please stay tuned for my updated information! Our shelter software requires that we choose a primary breed for our dogs. Visual breed identification in dogs can be unreliable and for most dogs we are only guessing at their primary breed. We get to know each dog as an individual and do our best to describe each of our dogs based on personality, not breed label. This pet is located at Greenhill Humane Society. 88530 Greenhill Road, Eugene, OR 97402 (541) 689-1503. Story
Douglas – The Lovable Rogue 🕷️ Douglas is one half of the infamous Spider Twins—a dynamic duo known for their roof-dwelling antics, garbage-can raids, and uncanny ability to turn ordinary days into comic-book adventures. While his wild ways sometimes get him into mischief, Douglas has a heart that shines brighter than all the trouble he stirs up. Yes, he’s a trickster. He’ll dig a hole just because it looks fun, swipe a snack when you’re not looking, and make you laugh with his unintentional slapstick routines. But underneath that chaos beats the heart of a dog who desperately wants to get it right. Douglas is eager to please, quick to learn when shown the way, and happiest when he has a job to do. He’s not looking to be the star of the show—he’s looking to be your loyal sidekick. The Robin to your Batman. The Samwise to your Frodo. He’ll cheer you on, make you laugh, and stand by your side through thick and thin. Douglas has failed to launch a few times, but that just means he’s still waiting for the right family who can handle a little chaos, celebrate his resilience, and help him spin his story into the happy ending he deserves. If you’re ready for a best friend who will keep life interesting, remind you to smile on hard days, and stick with you no matter what, Douglas is your guy. 🐾 Loyal, goofy, and endlessly entertaining. 🐾 Eager to learn and thrives with guidance. 🐾 Built for adventure—and for love. Douglas is ready to be your sidekick. Are you ready to be his hero? 🕸️💜

Story
Courtesy Post - please contact Jeremy Deguc directly at 541-505-4884. Fostering near Cottage Grove. Meet Bobbie — a rare gem of a Kai Ken! 🐾At 4 years old, Bobbie is a beautiful example of this ancient and uncommon Japanese breed (also known as the Tora Inu or Tiger Dog). With her striking brindle coat and spirited personality, she’s a one-of-a-kind companion looking for her forever person. Bobbie thrives best as an only dog in a home with no young children. She tends to form a deep, special bond with one primary person — and once she decides you’re hers, she becomes incredibly loyal, silly, sweet, and wonderfully affectionate. She has a soft spot for men and shows a lot of playful attitude and personality that will keep you smiling. She may take a little time and patience to warm up and trust fully, but that slow-building connection turns into something truly special — a devoted best friend who sticks by your side through everything. Bobbie has already had professional training and comes with a free training lesson from our trainer to help you two get off to a great start. If you’re an experienced dog owner who’s ready to invest time in building a strong bond, Bobbie will reward you with endless loyalty, goofy antics, and heartfelt cuddles. She’s waiting for that one special person who understands her independent spirit and cherishes her unique heart.

Story
Hello, I`m Galaxy. I`m about 5 years old and weigh 45 pounds. I have a medical waiver that staff can discuss with you further.Do you like...Dogs? I have lived with other dogs before, please bring any dogs in the home to meet.Cats? Unknown. Slow and supervised introductions would help set me up for success!Kids? I could potentially be sensitive with kids due to my medical issues. I`d like to start out meeting kids 9+, bring them by to meet me!Anything else you`d like us to know? Despite my eye condition, I`m a very happy go lucky guy. I`m energetic and social. Come by to meet me!I came into the shelter as a stray and the above information is all recommendations based on my behavior seen at the shelter. I have no known history. Expect to learn more about me after adoption. It is unknown how this animal will do in their new home as all animals can be different with each person. It is important to take this into consideration when thinking about adopting and making sure you are prepared to work with any potential medical or behavior issues that occur after adoption. My adoption fee includes my spay/neuter, current vaccinations, permanent microchip identification, certificate for a free veterinary exam, post-adoption support and more!Thank you for taking the time to learn a little about me! If you think we would be a good match come on down and ask to meet me! I`m looking for my forever home and it could be with you!ADOPTION INFORMATION: If you live in the city of Eugene or in Lane County you will be purchasing a dog license in addition to the adoption fee. Story
Finn and Ollie are super healthy 3 year old brothers Sweet but rambunctious non-aggressive and great guard dogs barking when needed They are never far from each other They pull on leashes when excited And pull if they spot squirrels but do calm down after 15 minutes into walk Ollie is very attentive to owner and really loves to be near his brother Polite eaters not beggars know how to sit easily w command They also open and close doors in the house and are always gentle with humans but get excited and jump when someone new comes to visit They ideally need a 2+ person household, no cats and someone strong to walk Finn I alone am unable to walk them both any longer without heavy pulling but after 10–15 they calm down and a hour walk can be enjoyable At home, they have spurts of rough-housing , lots of energy and very verbal play but they quiet down nicely most of the day and sleep thru the night They both have distinct and funny personalities
