This precious little princess has been hand raised since birth. She and her mom ( Aussie mix ) have been in a loving foster home in Memphis Tn since the day she was born. Pixie is very sweet. Well socialized . Loving. Curious. Typical puppy. She is kennel trained ( with a sibling ) and does well with children and all other dogs . Once adopted, Pixie will transport with Rescue Vet Transport to her new forever family ( additional $185). She gets a little protective over her food but is very good with other animal as far as our experience with her. She needs a place to run and have a job to keep her entertained.

Story
Katie is almost 2 years old. She’s very playful and loyal as she sleeps at my feet when watching TV.. she is easily disciplined and crate trained. It is unfortunate that I have to rehome her, but I have an ugly neighbor that is going to get her killed if I don’t rehome her. She has gotten loose several times through the fence that is between us. It scares her as she runs around the fence trying to get back inside, but I am on a busy street. I fear her getting hit by a car or poisoned in the future if I don’t rehome her. This breaks my heart, but I have no choice.

She is spayed, up to date on shots, and on heartworm prevention. Sumner is nervous around strangers and younger children! She is good with older children! She hasn’t been tested around cats. No dogs, due to her reactivity! Sumner nipped a man working in the yard. She also nipped two kids who were running. Sumner takes medication for her hyperactivity. The owner is surrendering her because she nips other people and dogs. She needs to go ASAP! If you think you can provide a great home for Sumner, please contact the owner listed below. There is a $150 rehoming fee to assure good folks with good intentions. This fee will be donated to Australian Shepherds Furever for their assistance in placing Sumner.
