Blue is a young Australian Shepherd who has been a very loved member of our family. He is sweet, intelligent, loyal, playful, and incredibly devoted to his people. Making the decision to rehome him has been very difficult. The addition of a baby to our family has caused Blue significant anxiety, and we’ve realized a home with babies or very young children is not the best environment for him. He is, however, wonderful with older kids. Blue also needs to be the only pet in the home, where he can have his people’s full love and attention. Like many Aussies, he is smart, active, sensitive, and thrives with exercise, mental stimulation, affection, and consistency. Our priority is finding Blue the right home, not simply the quickest home. He is deeply loved, and we want him to find a forever home where he can feel secure, relaxed, and completely adored.

5 year old Australian Shepherd. Super cuddly, extremely energetic and requires a lot of exercise and needs someone with patience and experience with working dog breeds. Recommend being an only dog household with older children. He will get super excited and get mouthy as is normal for this breed. Unfortunately his previous living situation was not the greatest and we are expecting a baby and have a small dog already. We just do not have the time to give him the proper trading and commitment that is required with this breed. he is neutered and up-to-date on his shots. Goes by the name Koda loves to kiss everyone.

I'm looking to find the right home for my goofy, athletic, and loving dog. He has a lot of energy and unfortunately spends most of his day in an apartment while I'm at work. I know he would be much happier with someone who has more time, space, and an active lifestyle to give him the exercise and attention he needs.He is crate trained and fully potty trained, and he is very communicative and affectionate once he gets comfortable with you. He is friendly with most dogs and does well with cats. However, I want to be completely honest that he has shown aggressive tendencies toward small dogs and children, so I believe he would do best in an adult-only home without small dogs. He needs someone experienced and willing to continue working with him and give him the structure he needs.This is not an easy decision to make, because he is a great dog with a lot of love to give. I just want to find him a home that will allow him to be his happiest self.

I got Mochi when he was about 10 weeks old from a Marine vet who had unplanned puppies. He's half Australian-Shepherd and half Pitt bull. He is about to turn 3 in November! He is very high energy and loves to run, fetching sticks and balls are his favorite, but if I'm just at home by myself, all he does is lay on the couch or sleep. He doesn't even bother me when I'm deep cleaning the house but he does stay away from the vacuum. I am looking for a new home for Mochi simply because of my busy schedule. I am in the Navy and sometimes it requires him to be home alone for longer periods of times than I would like, or longer times in the crate (he is crate trained, and will sleep in it with no problems). There are other times when I am sent on mission trips out of state. I love my dog and for that I believe he needs a family that is home more than I am.

While Marley has a few years behind her she has so many more ahead of her. Her infectious smile only guarantees that you will be her beloved family that she will adore as an easy companion dog. Meet Bailey Girl— All She Needs Is a Chance â¤ï¸ Bailey Girl is a beautiful 27-pound female 18 month old Mini Aussie mix with a story that will break your heart—but the little dog she is becoming will put it right back together. Bailey Girl was abandoned during extremely hot weather when someone placed her inside a school playground with no way to get out. Tragically, she wasn’t discovered until the following Monday when the school reopened. Someone had reportedly witnessed her being left there but did not notify anyone. We may never understand why she was abandoned that way, but we do know one thing: her story does not have to end where it began. Today, Bailey Girl is safe in a loving foster home, and she is doing beautifully. â¤ï¸ It took her only a couple of days to begin trusting her foster, and now she has become her little shadow. She does well with other dogs and cats, walks on a leash, and can even be left loose in the home with the other dogs while her foster is at work. Bailey Girl is still working on becoming completely house trained, but she is extremely intelligent and continues to learn. She enjoys having a yard where she can run and as her confidence and trust have grown, she happily comes back to her foster when called. Because Bailey Girl can be somewhat fearful of children, we believe she would be happiest in a home without children, where she can feel secure and develop a strong bond with her person or family. Bailey may need a little more patience in the beginning than some dogs. You have to earn her trust—but once you do, something very special happens. She begins to understand that she is safe. She follows you. She looks to you for reassurance. And before long, you realize you haven’t just gained a dog—you’ve gained a devoted little sidekick. A word of advice please. Bailey Girl needs someone who won’t expect everything from her on the first day. She needs love, patience, kindness, and time.
