Story
If your 2026 goal is to be more active, Paddy could be your perfect adventure sidekick. Paddy loves water: streams, lakes, rivers, water hoses. Full of personality and very curious, she is always up for a hike or a walk, then eagerly cuddles and soaks all your attention. She has striking blue eyes and a gorgeous coat, weighs 38 pounds and stands 19 inches at the shoulder. Paddy is a favorite with staff at doggie day care and plays well with the littles. She would do really well as an only dog, or with a confident dog. She is still a young, active dog and needs exercise. She may even be a good candidate for agility classes. She is crate trained, house trained, spayed, microchipped, and UTD on shots. From her DNA test results she is Australian shepherd mix, Border Collie, and Husky. She was born December 7, 2023. Located in foster home in Boise Idaho, transport is provided to approved home within the Pacific northwest. Email journeyhomerescue@outlook.com for Paddy!

Story
Shamrock - A sensitive sweetheart, Shamrock is gentle, soft-hearted, incredibly devoted, and full of love when she feels safe and comfortable. Indigo enjoys walks around the neighborhood, bursts of energy with other dogs, and quiet cuddles. Shamrock is a young dog and needs walks and exercise. She loves to hike and has great recall. Shamrock is very reserved and nervous meeting new people and prefers to watch from a distance. Treats and patience win her over. She does great with other dogs and would do well with a confident dog that can introduce her to the new environment. Shamrock needs a low traffic home where she feels safe. Kids and cats are unknown. She is incredibly beautiful, weighs 45 pounds and stands 20 inches at the shoulder. DNA tests reveal she is Australian shepherd, Border Collie, and Husky. Born December 7, 2023, she is house trained, UTD on vaccines, spayed, microchipped. Located in a foster home, Boise Idaho, transport is provided to approved home. Email journeyhomerescue@outlook.com for Shamrock.

Story
I purchased Shep from a breeder of Australian Shepherds at 4 months. He is now 2 years old/ 40 lbs. Early on, he needed a unique home with experience, due that fact that he was born with a (geneticially-verified) blindness condition. He has personality trait that may be related to blindness: He loves to spin in a circle, as a calming mechanism. Due to the blindness and the spinning, he wouldn't be good for elderly people. He is a cuddler and wants to be touched, cuddled or rest against your legs for most of the day. He is a sweetheart. Never aggressive. Especially loves women and kids! We moved to an apartment and no longer have a private yard for him, which he misses. He clearly loves to be outside playing in a yard or going on frequent walks. He enjoys other dogs but he's never lived with another dog, so he'd need a patient pet sibling that didn't get agitated by his spinning. He is in excellent health and needs a new home that welcomes his disability and his energetic love!

Story
Charlie girl is 7.5 years old. She was adopted from a breeder. She is still spry and needs and wants lots of activity daily. She is very smart, knowing many commands and some hand signs, and can be directed to show you what she needs. Seeking adopter that can provide for physical activity and attention needs. Would be preferable to have property for her to roam and/or frequent adventures. She just wants to be included in everyday life.
