Meet Charles Charles is busy living his best life for his circumstances at the moment of waiting for his chance to leave the shelter system. He is currently staying at a foster center while undergoing the final treatment for heartworm disease. He has been collecting hearts at the vet hospital where he goes for care, such a stunningly handsome dog. He is a charmer as well, and doesn't let his good looks go to his head. "Stay humble" is his motto. He is a friend to all dogs, adjusts his play style, enjoys a good romp in the yard and then to the sofa for cuddles. Did we mention he loves people? Weighing around 40 pounds, this energetic pup is always ready for action and still has plenty of playful puppy energy to burn. He absolutely loves running around in the yard, playing with his toys, and making new canine friends. Bodie thrives in the company of other dogs and has become quite the social butterfly at Hounds Town, never failing to get the whole room moving with his infectious enthusiasm. Because of his high-energy nature, Bodie would do best in a home with kids 10 and older who can keep up with his playful spirit. A home without cats is preferred. If you're looking for a fun-loving, active companion who will bring excitement and joy into your life, Bodie is the perfect pup for you!
