There would be an agreement SIGNED to make sure that Tuna gets fixed within a month of adoption. She is not to be used for breeding. Tuna is a very sweet, loyal dog once she feels safe. She is nervous around new people and animals, and she shows that by barking, growling, and raising her hackles. She will usually hide behind me or stand between me and what scares her. She has never bitten anyone. She does wear a muzzle at the vet. She needs someone experienced with anxious or reactive dogs who can give her slow introductions to a calm environment. With her people, she is incredibly gentle and loving. She's honestly just the sweetest dog with the biggest heart. She just needs someone to give her a chance. She loves to play and cuddle. She's goofy and smart and trained. She will grab your hand with her paw if you stop petting her before she's ready 🤣 she loves belly rubs more than life itself. She does great with baths and is potty trained. She's truly an amazing dog.

Raven is a shy lady at first, needing a little time to feel safe, but once she warms up, she shows her sweet, playful side. She loves people, enjoys exploring, and still has plenty of energy for walks and outdoor adventures. Hi! My name is Jax, and I’m a 4 year boxer/pit mix who weighs 50 lbs. I’m super sweet and absolutely love being around people. I’m very much a cuddle bug (and think I’m a lap dog). I’ve also been very happy playing with other dogs. Cats have not been my favorite though. Walks are one of my favorite things and I walk well on a leash. I also love running around in the yard and playing fetch with tennis balls. They’re cool, but my absolute favorite are stuffies that squeak. I can entertain myself with them but also will beg to play tug of war. I’m also super smart and already know sit, lie down, stay, crate, right, come, and paw. I’m energetic and active but also settle fast and am happy to cuddle or sleep in my bed. Although, I have separation anxiety and get stressed when alone, so I would do best in a home where I’m not alone for too long. Sometimes, I let out a light growl when a door opens into the house or a room. It seems like I do it out of caution, but immediately relax once I know who it is. I tend to be a little more weary of men than women in that regard. I currently sleep in my bed next to my foster mom’s bed, but should do fine in a crate in the room as well.
