He’s great with children, does wonderfully with other dogs, and loves nothing more than being close to his people. The only thing that ruffles this sweet guy is a loud storm, but with a calm family by his side, he settles right back into comfort. He thrives in a peaceful home where he can lounge in his favorite spot and soak up affection. He’s happiest when he’s part of his family’s daily routine, whether that’s hanging out on the couch or joining you for a stroll. Hooch’s gentle nature makes him the kind of dog who brings an instant sense of calm wherever he goes.Hooch’s story began when he was found as a stray, unsure of what his past held but clearly ready to embrace a brighter future. Thanks to his wonderful foster, he learned quickly that he’s safe, loved, and finally home. Read below for more information.All of our dogs are located in a foster home in Texas, Colorado, or Pennsylvania. Our dogs are transported to a predetermined location agreed upon by the rescue. The adoption contract and fee are finalized prior to transport. As a Mutts N Such direct adoption, the adoption interview/meet and greet occurs on video call (Skype, FB Messenger call, Facetime, etc).Our out of state adoption fee is $350 plus transport (varies by location). This fee includes all current vaccinations, deworming, a registered microchip, fecal analysis, spay/neuter for pets 6 months & older, and a heartworm test if over 6 months old. All dogs will be current on flea/heartworm prevention. A health exam will be completed and a certificate issued by a veterinarian within 10 days.
