Hello. It seems to us that you are currently lacking a cat inside of your soul and we would like to resolve that for you with a two for one deal! We are adorable sisters Pumpernickel and Multigrain! We are born on October 26, 2025 and are the sweetest little snuggle bugs you ever have met.
We love to crawl all over our foster mom while she's working and even help her draft up some emails to her coworkers. Turns out we aren't all that good at writing DAX, but hey, we can learn!
While cuddling is our primary objective in life, we also love to play with each other or play with the humans. We enjoy wand toys, crinkle balls, and even pieces of trash. Who needs cat toys when you have trash! We always use the litterbox like the good girls that we are, and we have also lived happily with other cats and a big doggie (70lbs) who is very nice to us. Pumpernickel has the most adorable curly-q tail that goes straight up her back and winds into a curl, while Multigrain is a chatty cathy that is more than happy to tell you when it's time to pet her.
Overall we are uber social, outgoing, non-stop purring little cuddle bugs. We will brighten your days and make you laugh with our sister antics.
Multigrain & Pumpernickel are currently in foster care. If you are interested in meeting them, please apply at https://airtable.com/apph147Ocb1OqwMU3/shrASIF0R2OtkjxWD
Adoption fees are as follows: $175 for a single cat or kitten, $225 for a pair of cats or kittens. When adopting a cat from AHSEM the adoption includes spay or neuter surgery, age appropriate core vaccines, microchipping, combo tested (for FIV/FeLV), and basic wellness care including deworming and flea treatment.

AHSEM treats every adoption as "foster to adopt" This means that the first two weeks in which you have the cat is the "foster period." We do our best to ensure the right match for all involved and want to give the cat(s) time to decompress and adapt to their new environment. However, we realize sometimes things don't work out as expected. Therefore, during that two-week period, if something doesn’t work out you can bring the cat back. We will always take our cats back even after the "foster to adopt" period. We would hate to see them end up at a kill shelter, abandoned, or any other unsafe situation.
