Spayed or Neutered,

Story

Mocha, Basenji mix, Red, Female spayed, 1year old Mocha is a very sweet and loving girl. She enjoys playing with toys and getting lots of attention! She is still young and would benefit from additional training, and would do best in a home without children, as they may be too much for her. Mocha can be selective with her doggy companions, but does seem afraid of cats. **This dog is at the Ocean County Animal Facility North located at 615 Fremont Ave, Jackson NJ (off of Hope Chapel Rd). All dogs are spayed/neutered, micro-chipped, and have age appropriate shots.** To adopt our dogs you must come to the facility with your entire family, including dogs, to meet with our staff and the dog you are interested in. We are open to the public seven days a week between the hours of 1pm and 4pm. Please call our facility at 732-657-8086 for more information about any of our pets! October 15, 2026, 4:32 pm

Story

This handsome boy named Fievel is only around 9 months old and weighs 50 pounds. He showed up on someone's porch starved and would not leave. The couple would not feed him -even when he came to them, trying to get them to pet him, they ignored poor Fievel. Finally, they called the local animal control saying they wanted them to come and get him off their porch immediately. Fievel was brought back to the animal shelter but since he was such a sweet boy, they did not euthanize him and called a rescue instead. Fievel is now neutered and fully vetted but is missing the one thing in life that he wants the most, and that is a family. Can you be the one to give Fievel his biggest hope and wish?? Fievel is up to date on vaccines and preventatives - he is in "move in" condition. His adoption fee is $415. Please fill out an application at ehrdogs.org and give this happy boy the wonderful home he deserves. He can't wait to be part of your family! We've included a video of hanging out with 2 doggie friends (including Scooby SCAS, also available for adoption, at the shelter: https://www.facebook.com/reel/1629966088099853 October 16, 2026, 4:57 pm

We think he’s a Basenji/Terrier mix. He’s got a cute curly tail and stocky fit body. He also has an adorable personality and enjoys being silly. SKY loves to be active and go on adventures! He would be great for someone who enjoys walking or hiking. SKY also good at keeping himself with his toys and ball! SKY is great with other dogs of his size or larger! We don’t recommend he be in an home with small dogs or cats because he enjoys chasing them (as well as any small animal). SKY is a cuddler and enjoys napping on the couch and in sunny spots around the house. SKY is ready to live a wonderful life with you. Are you ready to snuggle with him? He will make the best, loyal and entertaining best friend. 🚨💔 URGENT — 5-MONTH-OLD MADDIE IS FACING DEATH AT THE SHELTER 💔🚨 MADDIE — JUST 5 MONTHS OLD • 33 LBS 🐾 Look at those ears. Look at that precious face. 😭❤️ Maddie is only 5 MONTHS OLD — a sweet, silly baby who should have her entire life ahead of her. She should be discovering toys, learning new things, getting into harmless puppy mischief and falling asleep beside someone who loves her. Instead, the shelter is going to kill her. 💔 Maddie hasn’t done anything wrong. She’s simply a young puppy who ended up in a place where she may not be given enough time to find the person who will choose her. She is described as the sweetest puppy, and one look at that happy little face tells you how much life and love are still inside her. She hasn’t even had the chance to grow up. PLEASE — MADDIE NEEDS A HERO NOW. 🙏 She deserves birthdays. She deserves adventures. She deserves a family. She deserves to grow from this goofy, big-eared baby into a beloved old girl someday. ❤️ PLEASE CHOOSE MADDIE BEFORE IT’S TOO LATE. ❤️ She is only five months old. Her life should be BEGINNING — not ending. 🐾💔 PLEASE HELP TEXT KAREN 4136298152
