At 2 years old and 28 pounds, Gypsy is a delightful blend of Cattle Dog smarts and Basset Hound charm — think low-rider body, big-dog energy, and a personality that could light up a room. She’s basically the off-road model of a best friend: compact, sturdy, and always ready for an adventure. Gypsy LOVES her walks and is getting better and better on leash every day. She’s happiest when she’s outside, exploring the yard, supervising chores, or keeping an eye out for squirrels (her self-appointed job, and she takes it very seriously). When playtime winds down, she’s just as content following her favorite human around like a loyal little shadow. She’s playful, affectionate, and full of goofy charm. Toys are fun. DOB 2/15/25), and is just as sweet as can be. She is very outgoing, happy, and loves attention. She, along with her sister (Carob) and mother (Cleo), were found in a parking area close to a storage business along with several other dogs. These 3 were happy and friendly and went running up to my foster…one even jumped in the car! Mom was in season and sister was obviously pregnant…dogs running the street when the owners should have taken the responsibility to take care of them. All 3 dogs are lucky…my foster found them and asked to bring them to our ranch. Carob is due to have her pups any day and Cleo & Cameo are vaccinated, spayed, and eating good. Now all they need is a forever home and that’s where you come in. Please give these wonderful dogs a chance. This dog is CURRENTLY IN TEXAS and available for pre-adoption. Adoptions include neuter/spay, vaccinations (DHPP, Bordetella, Rabies), microchip, health certificate, transport with our professional dog transporter, and 6 mos of heart worm prevention.
