**AVAILABLE FOR PRE APPROVAL FOR MARCH 7TH** Please note: Our March 7 & 8 puppy event will take place at the Women’s Health, Beauty & Bridal Show inside the Mohegan Sun Casino from 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM both days. This is a ticketed event, and entry requires a ticket to the casino’s event. There will be very limited availability for private appointments outside of event hours that weekend. --- Braelyn is a one-of-a-kind blend of long, low Basset charm and happy-go-lucky Lab energy. With her soulful eyes, velvety ears, and wagging tail that never seems to stop, she's basically the best of both worlds wrapped up in one adorable package. True to her Basset roots, Braelyn loves to follow her nose and take in all the good sniffs on a walk. And thanks to her Lab side, she's friendly, eager to please, and always ready to join in on whatever you're doing - whether that's a backyard adventure, a cozy movie night, or a car ride to grab a pup cup. She's got that sweet, gentle nature that makes everyone feel instantly at home. Braelyn would thrive with a family who enjoys a mix of playtime and cuddle time - because she's a fan of both. Give her a comfy spot to nap, a few toys to toss around, and a human to adore, and she'll be the happiest girl around. Sunshine with a wiggle. This Basset Hound / Lab Retriever mix has the expressive eyes, and just enough goofy charm to keep you smiling all day long. Bria inherited that classic Basset curiosity - her nose is always working overtime on walks - but she's got that Lab enthusiasm that makes every moment feel like the best moment ever. Toss a toy? She's in. Going for a stroll? She's ready. Sitting on the couch? She'll happily claim a spot right next to you (or halfway on top of you). She's affectionate, playful, and has that happy little tail that seems permanently set to "wag." Bria would love a home that gives her time to explore, room to play, and plenty of love - because she has so much of it to give right back. Story
Meet Short Stack — a one-year-old Basset Hound/Pit Bull mix and 40 pounds of pure muscle packed into the most adorable low-rider body you’ve ever seen. Yes, you read that right. Basset Hound and Pittie. And somehow, it works perfectly. Picture a handsome pittie head sitting proudly on a short, sturdy basset body. It’s unexpected. It’s brilliant. It’s absolutely irresistible. Short Stack has a personality just as special as his look. He’s calm, quiet, and totally go-with-the-flow. At his sending shelter, he was actually used to help test new dogs because of how much he loves other pups. He’s friendly, social, and happy to make new canine friends. He’s also got a silly, curious side. He’ll trot around the house with his stuffies like prized treasures and happily settle in with a Nylabone, antler, or any good chew. He takes bone hiding very seriously — you may find a surprise tucked in the yard or carefully stashed somewhere in the house. It’s all part of his charm. Short Stack is incredibly devoted to his person. He likes to stay close and will happily follow his foster mama from room to room just to be near her. He’s attentive, affectionate, and very food motivated, which makes him eager to learn. He has calm, cuddly moments but is also always ready for a walk or a little play session. Despite those short legs, he can move pretty quickly when he wants to! He’s housetrained, very well adjusted, and just an all-around happy guy. He’s wonderful with other dogs, hasn’t been around cats, and would likely do great with a family and kids. Short Stack truly is the total package — compact, muscular, affectionate, and ready to be someone’s very best friend. His adoption fee is $425 and Short Stack is vaccinated, microchipped, heartworm negative, and neutered. If you are interested in this handsome guy, please complete our online application at form.jotform.com/200883908893166. If you have any questions, email info@happilyfureverafter.org.

Story
Glady is about a year old and is ready to get started on her brand new life with a brand new family who would never dream in a million years of dumping her off in the country to fend for herself. However, if she could talk, we have a feeling that is exactly the story she would tell us. Onne of our foster families happened to see her wandering around looking confused and lost. They pulled up, opened the car door, she hopped in like she belonged there and off they went. They have had a for a couple of weeks to make sure she's a good girl, and they have reported she's a good girl unless you're of the feline variety. If you have kitties, they are NOT going to be pleased with the adoption of Gladys, but if you have other dogs and/or human kiddos, they'll be pleased as punch with this lovely girl. There's a lot of love and joy packed into Gladys' 45 lb-ish body. She's housebroken, nice on leash, nice medium energy level....she'll fit in with any loving family (without kitties). Apply to adopt Gladys at www.cprdogs.com. Gladys is spayed/neutered, up to date on vaccinations, and current on flea/tick and heartworm preventative. WE ARE A TX-BASED RESCUE. THIS DOG IS CURRENTLY LOCATED IN TX AND WILL BE TRANSPORTED UPON ADOPTION. Please fill out an adoption application at haydudeequine.org 🌟🐾 Meet Gypsy — Short Legs, Big Heart, Still Waiting 💛🐾 Gypsy has been waiting… and waiting… and waiting. And honestly? She’s waited far too long for a girl this special. At 2 years old and 28 pounds, Gypsy is a delightful blend of Cattle Dog smarts and Basset Hound charm — think low-rider body, big-dog energy, and a personality that could light up a room. She’s basically the off-road model of a best friend: compact, sturdy, and always ready for an adventure. Gypsy LOVES her walks and is getting better and better on leash every day. She’s happiest when she’s outside, exploring the yard, supervising chores, or keeping an eye out for squirrels (her self-appointed job, and she takes it very seriously). When playtime winds down, she’s just as content following her favorite human around like a loyal little shadow. She’s playful, affectionate, and full of goofy charm. Toys are fun. Shoelaces are very intriguing. And her signature low-rider zoomies? Absolutely legendary. 🐾 Gypsy’s Highlights: ✅ 2 years old, 28 lbs ✅ Dog-friendly ✅ House & crate trained ✅ Loves walks and outdoor time ✅ Sweet, silly, and full of personality ✅ Equal parts sass, snuggles, and sunshine While Gypsy does great with other dogs, cats are an unknown — mostly because Gypsy believes squirrels are public enemy #1 — so she may prefer a home without feline roommates. What Gypsy really wants, though, isn’t much. She wants a family who will love her quirks, laugh at her goofy legs, and finally give her the forever home she’s been patiently waiting for. She’s ready to be someone’s hiking buddy, couch companion, and daily dose of happiness. 💛 Gypsy has so much love to give — she just needs someone to give her a chance. Short legs. Big heart. Endless loyalty. ✨ Apply today at haydudeequine.org and let Gypsy finally stop waiting and start living the life she deserves. 🐾💛
