He's about 3 years old and the perfect size to be a ride-along buddy! ** Ark Rescue dogs are available for adoption to homes in the Alabama and Tennessee Valley area only. We do require a secure fenced-in yard to adopt our larger dogs. When Scout arrived at the Ark, we played the 'guess what breed' game, and the most guesses were that he is a Beagle mix, but I know that's just a guess! **Ark Rescue dogs are available for adoption to homes in the Alabama and Tennessee Valley area only. We are looking for a loving new home for our dog. He has been a good dog to us, but after much prayer and consideration, we realized that our current family situation with multiple very young children and other dogs is not the right long-term environment for him. He deserves a home that can give him more one-on-one attention and a calmer daily routine. About him: -Temperament: affectionate, loyal, people-oriented -He is more of a moderate-energy dog. He enjoys regular activity but is calm and settles well indoors. This is a very hard decision and one we do not take lightly. Our priority is finding him a safe, stable, and permanent home where he can thrive. We are not considering shelters. A small rehoming fee will apply to ensure serious inquiries only. Please message me if you are genuinely interested and can provide a responsible, loving home.
