Buddy is a good dog very friendly. He does get selfish with things especially when it concernes other dogs. He needs open spaces where he can run and I don’t have such a space because I live in a neighborhood. He escapes the fence and runs around and I have to collect him and that’s not fair. He doesn’t hurt anyone or anything but he cannot be let loose or he will be picked up and taken to the pound. He has to be walked around the yard by a leash and my schedule doesn’t accommodate this any longer.

This is my dads dog. Dad is almost 90 Dad has grown very attached to him and enjoys him but he is just too much for him to handle given his age and Chico’s excitability. We thought he would settle down once we brought him home about 9 months ago – he was a re-home and had mostly been crated. This is Chico. He’s about 3.5 – 4 years old, he’s been neutered and is microchipped. He's up to date on all his shots. He is a beagle mix and is about 35 pounds. Leash trained, crate trained, house trained. Minds well. Likes to ride in car. Dad lives next to my brother on several acres of land, Chico absolutely loves playing outside and in the water. He’s been around several other dogs, horses and a few cows with no issues. He’s got a great personality and is extremely smart and is not aggressive. Chico stays outside ALL DAY and is in constant motion! Dad has grown very attached to him and enjoys him, but Chico is just too much for him to handle given his age and Chico’s excitability.
