Story
Lola is such a sweet , quiet girl. We just got her from another rescue since her owner moved and couldn't keep her. She really doesn't need the other dogs. She just likes to sniff around the yard or go for a walk and sniff. She likes to jump up and be petted when you're sitting down. But she doesn't like to be held necessarily. She just had a dental and got spayed recently , and she is ready for adoption! She is ok in a kennel but she prefers the door open. She can be closed in for short amounts of time. She seems good about going potty outside? But she will have to learn your situation.

Story
Hi, I`m Masha!I am a young beagle mix (the nice volunteer that took me to the vet said she thinks I have some basset hound in me!) who`s looking for a new home. I will be spayed before adoption, and I`m already up to date on vaccines and otherwise healthy! My foster mom said I`m a very busy young girl and I need lots of exercise and mental stimulation to keep me out of trouble. She also called me a door dasher.... except she wasn`t referring to the food delivery service. If I see an open door, I try to dash out of it (isn`t that a normal beagle trait?). So, I need a home with secure doors and gates so I do not take myself on any unaccompanied walks around the neighborhood and get myself in any trouble :-).I am very eager about my food and toys, so might take food from resident dogs without permission, so until I learn some manners I need to be fed separately. Oh, and apparently counter surfing is also not allowed. I got told `no` when I tried to help myself to some food that was on the counter!I get along with other dogs and all people. I love attention and love to play! Can I accompany you on your walks around the neighborhood? Maybe you need a walking buddy on these hot Arizona mornings. Or, do you have a backyard I can run around it? I would love a family to call my own to grow old and gray with. Can you be my fur-ever family? If you have been approved to adopt with Arizona Beagle Rescue, please email directors@azbeaglerescue.org to make arrangements to meet me.If you have not yet been approved to adopt, what are you waiting for? Hurry over to https://azbeaglerescue.com/adopt/adoption-process and fill out an application. I`d love to meet you soon!Luv,Masha

Story
Hi, I`m Milo!Milo is a sweet and affectionate 2-year-old Beagle mix with a heart full of love and a tail that never stops wagging. This handsome boy`s favorite things in life are people, playtime, and snuggling up with his favorite humans after a fun day.Milo is a social butterfly who loves meeting new people and gets along wonderfully with other dogs. He`s easygoing and passive with canine friends, making him a great companion for homes with other dogs. When he spots cats on walks, he`s typically calm and uninterested, showing polite curiosity rather than chasing or reacting.Like many young dogs, Milo enjoys having fun and can get a little mischievous when left to his own devices. He experiences some separation anxiety and isn`t a fan of being crated, but he does best when crated while home alone to keep him safe and prevent unwanted chewing. With patience, consistency, and a loving routine, Milo will continue to build confidence and learn that being alone isn`t so scary. If you`re looking for a loyal best friend who will happily join you for adventures, play sessions, and plenty of couch cuddles, Milo may be the perfect match. He`s ready to find a family that will give him the love, structure, and companionship he deserves—and in return, he`ll fill your home with affection and joy.If you`re already an approved adopter for Arizona Beagle Rescue, please email directors@azbeaglerescue.org. Story
Hi, Carlee Reeces here!I am a senior boy looking for a new home to call my own. In the meantime, I`m living life playing with my foster siblings and enjoying some quality nap time. I am on medication to keep my blood pressure under control, and my eye sight is a little limited in my golden years, so if you have a pool, a fence is a must! Story
At 8 years old, Dwight is proof that age is just a number. This tan-and-white Beagle mix still approaches life with the enthusiasm of a puppy and the charm of a dog who`s never met a stranger.Dwight is one of the friendliest dogs you`ll ever meet. He loves everyone—kids, adults, men, women, and people of all sizes—and has never had issues with other animals. He will respect cats when they show him the boundaries, doesn`t mind goats, and enjoys the company of other dogs. If you`re looking for a happy-go-lucky boy, Dwight is your guy! He will try to dash out a door if given an opportunity, but only because there are so many awesome smells on the other side of the door! This boy gets excited to meet new people and is always ready for a game, a little roughhousing, or an outdoor adventure. Whether he`s exploring the yard, going for a walk, or simply soaking up the sunshine, Dwight is happiest when he`s outside enjoying the world around him.Like many beagles, Dwight is highly motivated by food and will be first in line when it`s mealtime. He`s also convinced that any snack you`re eating should probably be shared with him, so expect some adorable begging faces during dinner.Dwight does experience separation anxiety and thrives in a home where he can spend plenty of time with his people. His current family loves him dearly but can no longer give him the time and attention he deserves. He isn`t a fan of being kenneled for long periods and may try to make his own escape if confined too long. In his current foster home, he is well versed in the dog door and enjoys watching people on the golf course that backs the yard. What Dwight wants most is simple: a family to love, a yard to explore, people to follow around, and a cozy place to relax after a day of fun. In return, you`ll get a loyal companion, an enthusiastic greeter, and a best friend who will brighten every day with his sweet personality. If you`re looking for a loving, outgoing dog who still has plenty of life, love, and adventures left to share, Dwight is ready to meet you!If you`re already an approved adopter for Arizona Beagle Rescue, please email directors@azbeaglerescue.org.
