This sweet and rambunctious boy is always ready for playtime, adventures, and making everyone around him smile. He’s still very much a puppy, which means he’ll thrive with continued training, structure, and lots of positive outlets for his energy. After a good romp, Billy is more than happy to soak up affection and remind you just how cuddly he can be. If you’re looking for a fun-loving best friend to grow up with, Billy is your guy!

Meet Harry aka Artie! A895743. Harry is a 3-yr-old beagle mix in foster care with Pima Animal Care Center, Tuson, AZ. Harry loves all of the people he meets! If we were to guess at his breeds, we would say Beagle and Boston Terrier, but that is just a guess. He has the Beagle bark, and a happy—go-lucky personality, Beagle ears, and the coloring of both a Beagle and a Boston. He is about the height of a 13-inch beagle, but he is also quite wide! He weighed 45 pounds at intake, and he needs to lose at least 20 pounds! He is on healthy weight dog food, and is now getting regular exercise, so hopefully those pounds will start to melt away. Despite the extra weight, he loves going for his walks! Harry is 100% non-destructive in the house when left alone, and has zero separation anxiety. He is house trained with a dog door. He gets along with some of the dogs in his foster home and others not so much, so a meet and greet and slow introduction is necessary for a good fit. He would be perfectly happy as an only dog. He really prefers people to dogs. Harry is protective of his food and must be fed in a separate area from other dogs. Her volunteer friends appreciate that she encourages them to stop and smell the roses- here’s what one of her fans said:“Evelyn has a lot of energy and is very interested in every scent she comes across. We walked with her kennel mate around the lake, and she dashed from one good smell to the next.. She’s a fun girl who is easy to handle.”Evelyn shares her kennel with another PACC pup and has been social and easygoing when meeting other dogs in playgroup. She has a condition called cherry eye which is easily repaired- she’s just awaiting surgery that will be performed by PACC!While Evelyn would love to join you on your daily walks, she’d probably also love to join you in the simple pleasures of everyday life like yummy meals and snuggle time.
