When tragedy strikes, it usually affects our pet friends hardest and when friends or family cannot help pets left behind, they reach out to organizations such as SimcoeDHumane to help. Hansel and his brother Woody are older boys looking for a fun, loving, and energetic home. Hansel loves going for walks and stays with you every step of the way! He loves to lead with his nose, he`s always smelling something. Hansel curls right into you when cuddling on the couch or in bed, he makes for a great nap partner. Hansel and his brother Woody are a bonded pair, they don`t like to be separated. If separated, even for a walk, Hansel has a tendancy to destroy anything cloth, pillow, blanket etc. The adoption fee is $500 for the pair. Complete medical included neuter, vaccinations, microchip, flea treatment, dewormer, bloodwork and 4DX test.

BUSTERSuper friendly, energetic and affectionate- Beagle mix, approximately 10 yrs old, male, medium-energy and small-sized, 25 lbs- Was surrendered to EHS from a loving family.- A sweet and snuggly cuddle-bug who loves his people.- Needs to work on his leash manners, as he loves to sniff and will pull to get there- Buster would benefit from obedience training to build on his repertoire of commands, though he knows the basics like sit & paw! - He is food-motivated, loves recognition and eager to learn!- Buster is house-trained, microchipped and has his core vaccinations (he will be neutered before his adoption)BUSTER’S IDEAL HOME:- Buster is social and active and will do well with a family that is patient and will help him build his confidence.- Given Buster loves to sniff around & also can be quite vocal when excited, we are recommending him for a home with a fenced yard.- We are recommending Buster for a home with no other dogs in the home.- He may do well with older kids or teens that are dog savvy, that would be determined at a meet and greet with the Adoption Coordinator.If you have questions about him please contact his adoption coordinator at: lauren.etobicokehumanesociety@gmail.comVisit: www.etobicokehumanesociety.com
