This dog has had a rough life (1st picture tethered in the winter after his owner passed, 2nd picture in the shelter, 3rd picture with our rescue) Tiny, a beagle/shepherd mix was saved from the shelter just in time. I got him out within a few hours of euthanasia . Fast forward to now, I am looking for an adopter who will give this boy plenty of attention. When I got him, he was quite nippy and he originally scared both a "rescue" and a foster when I tried to transfer him. I kept him here to address his issues and resolved everything except I have not had time to get him over his fear of nail clippers. He loves the cats, good with most dogs, prefers women and really loves rides in the car. He needs experienced adopter with no kids because of being nippy when I first got him, as he can possibly revert back in a strange home. I taught him to dance a little (SEE VIDEO BELOW PICTURE) and he is a real cool dog. He is 8 and a half years old, completely vetted and all shots

Roo is a big active ball of loving fur. She loves to play fetch all day long if you let her. And loves her petting and cuddle time. Her safe space is cuddling underneath covers. She is very hyper and very active. She is 3 years old and we adopter her when she was 4 months old. Unfortunately we are moving to a different state and we just can't take her with us. We are downgrading to an apartment and just won't have the room for her to be able to fully thrive

Just like my Marvel/X-Men namesake, I've overcome my past and now look forward to a brilliantly bright future. My journey started in a rather somber place - a lonely field next to a gas station. Thankfully, kind souls would drop by, leaving me food and their hopes for a better life. One day, a persistent and resourceful lady decided to play her "pawn" and orchestrated my escape from that grim existence. Since then, I've been living with her and her doggy (and human) family. But now, I'm eagerly searching for my own forever family. Let's talk quirks. I'm a cheerful guy, but I've got some personal space boundaries. I'm protective of my face, so a home with adults or older, dog-savvy kids is my ideal match. I'm also a bit of a goofball and adore the company of other dogs. Now, I might not instantly become your best buddy; I take time to trust and get comfortable in my surroundings. But trust me, the patience will be worth it. I'm brimming with love and loyalty, just waiting for the right family to share it with. Here's the good news - I'm house and crate trained, proving that, yes, young dogs can indeed learn new tricks. Oh, and there's more - I'm pretty chill around cats, though a gentle introduction is wise. And I've been curious and respectful around a human baby, so that's a plus. One thing to note, though, is that I've had some reservations around men. Despite two years together, I haven't quite warmed up to my human's fianc and have snapped at him a few times. So, it might be best if I find a home without men. During a short stay with Kathy, I was a little shy but kept to myself. If you're looking for a loyal companion with a dash of X-Men flair and you're ready to give me the chance I deserve, let's make it happen. EVERYBODY LOVES PAY DAY :) Not just me, right?? I am PAY DAY!!! So love me too??? I am a sweet and really CUTE guy, found on the streets looking for food. It's a sad story- as they all are... how come it happens over and over and over again by the rescue?? Only God knows, the rescuers suspect but only God knows why pups/dogs are constantly found near the rescue. ANYWAY, I was one of the fortunate ones who made it into the safe place, the rescue :0 NOW I am READY for MY FAMILY!!! I am a neat sized boy- maybe 30#, and 3 yrs old so out of the chewing and naughty age too! I am great with all my new friends and I can just SEE your couch in my future!! My name is Danny and did you know they wrote a song about me? I was really amazed when I found that out!! Do you want to sing it with me? "Oh Danny Boy....The pipes, the pipes are calling...... What? It talks about flowers dying and gulp, ...people dying? Yuck, I don't want that song written about me anymore! What? It was written a long time before I was born? Whew!! Glad it isn't about me! I am way too young to think about all that dying stuff. Now that that is settled and out of the way, do you want to write a song about me? You can start it with....Danny boy is a happy happy boy!! And he loves his mommy!! You can write the next line for us, ok? That is all I can think of off the top of my head. Speaking of heads, I have a tricolored face and the rest of me is pretty nice looking as well. My hair is a little longer than some of my siblings so that must be part of the labby hairy-age showing, but I have the finer bones of the beagle part of my history. I am a typical puppy, love to play, eat, play, sleep and poo and start all over again. I love to play with stuffed animals, chewy toys and anything that is within my vision and reach. I am still a puppy so keep those valuables high up until I learn what is mine and what is yours! If you are looking for a puppy to love you forever, here I am!! Hey there- I’m Snoopy. I know not a very creative name for a beagle but I was surrendered to the shelter with that name and ALIVE kept my name so I felt comfortable. My foster mom calls me nothing but a snuggle bug in the house. I love to spend the afternoon lounging in my favorite comfy chair. When I get outside, however, I’m a true beagle whose nose rules everything. I live to sniff around and chase the scents. I also make the cutest beagle noises when excited. I have learned a lot so far in my foster home. I know sit, shake, and up-for a treat of course. I also do well on a leash and don’t mind my crate at all. If you love little guys with long floppy ears, a huge brain, the desire to please and a lust for long naps, I’m the dog for you.
