Story
This adorable 6-week-old puppy is looking for a forever home. She’s playful, affectionate, and full of life — ready to be part of a family that will love and care for her. In our area, many dogs are sadly abandoned or injured, and we’re doing our best to help them find safe and loving homes. Since November, five dogs have come to our home seeking refuge, as there are many predators and the weather has been cold at night. Fortunately, the other dogs have already been placed with other families. She’s the last of her litter, and we truly want to see her go to a family that will cherish her. We’re asking for a $35 rehoming fee to help cover the cost of her care. We already have two rescued dogs and can’t keep more. If you're interested, I’d be happy to meet somewhere closer to you. Thank you for considering giving her a loving home. 💛

Story
Tuck is 5.5 years old. He's energetic, sweet, loves to cuddle up on the couch (with adults) or play fetch with a tennis ball, has the classic beagle howl when he hears a siren, and is just such a cutie. Issue - He can sometimes be sensitive/reactive to being touched or pulled abruptly from behind and can snap at you. It’s not frequent and pretty much totally avoidable as adults, but it is less so with young kids and feels too risky for us. We worked with an in-home trainer 2 years ago. Her take was he can sometimes be a grumpy old man, but he didn’t register as aggressive to her. Medical - He’s not a cheap dog. He has pretty intense skin allergies. It's generally well controlled with Appoquel, regular baths, HP food and an ear med. He’s been well taken care of and loved since we rescued him from a farm in Kentucky at 8 weeks old. He definitely comes with extra expense, but I think the right person/family might feel like he is just the greatest dog.

Story
Scarlett and Bowie were found by a wonderful volunteer who paid for their rescue from a life of being chained outside. The pictures show their transit together and first bath after being rescued. It is evident of the change from being scared/confused to being a more confident dog (the profile pic) has already taken place in a very short time for Bowie. He is very affectionate and playful. There is a picture of the scarring on his neck from the chain that held him once, which will possibly heal in time. Bowie/Benny is Ready for a Home! This sweet little beagle is now around 9 months old, and he’s been winning hearts since the day he came into rescue. Bowie (lovingly called Benny by his foster mom) was born with pulmonic stenosis, a congenital heart defect that affects blood flow from the heart to the lungs. It’s a serious diagnosis, but his condition is currently stable and being managed with daily medication (Atenolol). He will require ongoing care, including periodic echocardiograms with a veterinary cardiologist to monitor the effectiveness of his medication and any progression of his condition. We’re happy to talk with potential adopters about what that looks like in terms of frequency and cost. Despite his diagnosis, Bowie/Benny is playful, affectionate, and full of personality. He loves toys, playing hard with his foster dog siblings, and snuggling up with his people. He’s thriving in foster care and doing beautifully with his routine. We know that adopting a dog with medical needs can feel overwhelming, but you’re not alone—we’re here to answer any and all questions. Just drop them in the comments.

Story
Meet Bentley! This adorable beagle mix was rescued with her litter of 9 from a high kill shelter. The pasta pups’ (Ravioli, Penne, and Gnochi to name a few) beautiful beagle mix mama is ready for her forever home — and trust us, she’s the total package. Bentley is 30 pounds of pure magic. Athletic, affectionate, and absolutely stunning. She can catch balls mid-air, leap for frisbees, and play fetch like a pro — but she’s just as happy curled up next to you, soaking in all the cuddles. She’s potty trained, wonderfully behaved with kids, uninterested in cats, and ok with other dogs as long as they respect her boundaries. According to her pups’ DNA results, Bentley is about 75% Beagle and 25% Alaskan Malamute — a rare combo that explains her compact size, expressive eyes, and serious love of the outdoors. She’s got the scent skills of a beagle and the loyalty of a sled dog… which basically makes her the ultimate adventure buddy.

Story
Ladybug lost her home when her owner had to relocate across states and couldn`t take her along. She lived in an apartment as a constant companion to her owner. She`s a sweet, happy, friendly lady of just 40 lbs, a nice medium size. She`s laid back, housetrained, easy on a leash, and a nice companion. She can be a little shy at first meets so give her a little time to get to know you, she`s so worth it. She`s spayed, vaccinated and ready to leave for a new life ahead as a quiet and steady forever friend.
