Rocket is a soft, soulful companion with a sweet nature that shines a little brighter every day. With his warm tan coat, adorable white markings, and expressive eyes, he has a way of quietly stealing hearts—especially when he closes his eyes in pure contentment during a good petting session. He’s a gentle boy who enjoys the simple things: napping, snuggling up with his favorite stuffies, and spending time close to his people. His sleepover host shared that he’s incredibly sweet and loves a calm, cozy environment where he can relax and feel safe. Whether he’s lounging beside you in the backyard or curling up for a nap, Rocket is happiest just being near. Rocket is learning to play and has started to enjoy games like fetch, especially with a tennis ball or his beloved Lamb Chop toy. He’s also shown that he can do well meeting other dogs and handled a cat introduction just fine, taking it all in stride. While the shelter environment can feel a bit overwhelming at first, Rocket is already showing how much he blossoms with a little time, patience, and kindness. He’s a gentle companion who appreciates a steady routine and a home where he can continue to build confidence at his own pace. Story
This is my beautiful angel named Nova. We've been together for 8 years and it is with a heavy heart that I have to make the decision to rehome her due to a series of unfortunate circumstances. She is a female, weighs 40 los, and is 8 years old. Nova is an energetic soul that loves to play, go on long hourly walks, jump around on humans and be cuddly with them, is food driven when it comes to obedience, and overall just enjoys being a shoulder to cry on and a buddy to cuddle at night. She was adopted by my sister from a rescue shelter before she passed her down to me in 2018, and Nova and I have grown so close together. Some of her opposite traits are that she loves being chaotic, but she can bark a little too much when it comes to looking at any animal outside the windows, she will stare at you if you eat in front of her and will eat the food if you leave it unattended, she loves to rough house and play fight but she can do it at random occasions and will bark when she wants something.
