June is a special three legged wonder who doesn`t let anything slow her down! She is always ready to enjoy life alongside her best buddy, her brother Johnny. These two are a bonded pair and must go home together, after all you can’t have June without Johnny (and who doesn’t love a little Johnny Cash duo?). Due to June`s gentle nature, she is searching for a home without small children. Come into the Adoption Center to get to know June and Johnny!Restrictions: No small children, MUST go home with Johnny.Weight: ~ 24 lbsMedical: June had her hind leg amputated and has healed well. She should maintain a healthy weight throughout life to reduce strain on her remaining limbs and reduce the risk of developing arthritis or joint injuries. June has been treated for heartworm in accordance with the American Heartworm Society`s most recent treatment guidelines. Please ask your Adoption Counselor about handouts for additional information about June`s recovery form heartworm disease. June should be introduced to her new veterinarian for a full check-up and to establish care.Adoption Fee: $300 + tax for the pair.
