She came to us from Ozarks Pet Rescue and has been charming everyone she meets with her playful spirit and affectionate personality. Like a true beagle mix, Penelope is curious, clever, and loves to explore the world around her—especially if there’s an interesting scent to follow! She enjoys playtime, toys, and making new friends, but she also has a cuddly side and is always happy to snuggle up after a day of fun. Penelope is at a wonderful age to start learning and growing with her forever family. She’ll thrive in a home that’s ready to provide guidance, consistency, and plenty of love as she learns all her puppy basics. Penelope is currently available as a foster-to-adopt within 30 minutes of our shelter while we complete her medical care. This means you can start building a bond with her now while we finish getting her ready for full adoption! With her sweet nature and happy personality, Penelope is sure to bring lots of joy, laughter, and tail wags into her future home.
