She enjoys playtime, toys, and making new friends, but she also has a cuddly side and is always happy to snuggle up after a day of fun. Penelope is at a wonderful age to start learning and growing with her forever family. She’ll thrive in a home that’s ready to provide guidance, consistency, and plenty of love as she learns all her puppy basics. Penelope is currently available as a foster-to-adopt within 30 minutes of our shelter while we complete her medical care. This means you can start building a bond with her now while we finish getting her ready for full adoption!
