Meet Waverly, a 42 pound, one-year-old female lab mix with a heart full of love and a nose for adventure. With her soulful brown eyes and shiny coat, she’s as beautiful as she is sweet. Waverly can be a bit shy at first, but her affectionate nature shines once trust is established. Waverly loves walks, cuddles, playtime in the yard, and sniffing out new scents wherever she goes. She gets along well with and loves to play with all other dogs. Waverly does well in the kennel, is potty trained, walks well on a leash and rarely barks. Waverly’s ideal family is one that can continue her training, offer playtime, and provide her with plenty of exercise and love. He's looking for a calm, child-free home where he can be your best friend and partner in fun. ✨ About Trapper John: Age: 7 years Favorite Activities: Chasing a frisbee, chewing on bones or sticks, backyard squirrel patrol, and soaking up pets. Personality: Loyal, food-motivated, and loves spending time with his person. Dog Skills: Can do well with other dogs after a slow, proper introduction. Training Tip: Will happily work for treats and is eager to please! 🚫 Needs: Trapper John should not live with children. He recently bit our young child, so we're seeking an adult-only home where he can thrive safely. 🌳 Perfect Home: A fenced yard for squirrel-watching and frisbee, a patient adopter to give him structure, and time for play, and loyal companionship.
