Story
Looking for a home for my goofy GSD/mal mix. 5yo, neutered, obsessed with his people. I recommend malinois/other working breed experience as previous homes had trouble with the malinois mentality and he really deserves his forever home. But for a malinois mix, hes way easier than a full mal or dutchie. I lived with him in a small apartment for a year at one point. I think his best fit would be an active owner or maybe someone who's had malinois in the past but doesnt want such a difficult dog anymore. He's an absolute sweetheart, good with other dogs, has had professional training and knows a ton of obedience and tricks. Doesn't counter surf or chew stuff up. Crate trained but can be left to roam the house unsupervised as well. Super food motivated, will be vocal about it. He's extremely goofy and will continuously make you laugh. Rehoming because hes too prey drivey for the work my dogs do and my other shepherd is aggressive towards him. Located near Reno NV.

Story
Abbott is a young Malinois mix, around 1 year old and about 40 lbs, with a gentle soul and so much potential. He's spent much of his life in a shelter environment with his brother, so the world outside is still a bit new to him—but he's taking it all in stride. Abbott can be a little reserved when meeting new people and situations, but underneath that initial shyness is a very sweet, thoughtful boy. Once he starts to feel safe, his soft and affectionate side really begins to show. He can be a bit picky about his dog friends, but with slow, proper introductions he's able to make new ones successfully. Abbott would thrive in a patient, understanding home that can give him the time he needs to build confidence. With consistency and kindness, he's sure to blossom into a loyal and loving companion. If you're looking for a soft-hearted pup who just needs a chance to shine, Abbott might be your perfect match. Story
Mary and her sisters were on the euth list at a CA shelter and we couldn't let that happen. They are now safe and sound at our sanctuary and will ready for their forever home in May. They are very sweet, playful and energetic girls and can't wait to feel safe and happy in a permanent home. Mary is a 4Âס month old Belgian Malinois puppy bursting with personality and charm. She's incredibly cute, but don't let that fool you—this girl is full of energy, enthusiasm, and a playful, sometimes wild spirit! She loves to run, explore, and stay busy, always looking for something fun to do. As a young Malinois, Mary is very intelligent and quick to pick up on new things, but she will need a home that understands her drive and is committed to ongoing training. She's best suited for an active, experienced household that can give her the structure, exercise, and mental stimulation she craves. Mary is still learning about the world and will benefit from patience and consistency as she grows. With the right guidance, she has all the makings of an incredibly loyal, fun, and devoted companion. If you're ready for an energetic pup who will keep you on your toes and be your adventure partner, Mary could be the perfect fit! Story
Sierra is another one of our embankment mals! She can still be slightly timid with new men, but is very social once she gets to know you! Sierra is a goofy goofy girl with a deformed front leg. That leg doesn’t slow her down one bit! Sierra is still super active and loves going for adventures in the car and on hikes. Sierra is still working on her doggy socialization skills and obedience, but is coming along well. She is crate trained and does walk well on leash. No small animals or dog parks for Sierra.

Story
Looking for your loyal ride-or-die partner? Look no further thank handsome whisky! He's smart, hes observant, hes loving, hes calculated. Whisky loves all adventures- hiking, car rides, camping, long walks on the beach. He wants to go everywhere with you, but does enjoy his independent moments. He is on the lower end of medium energy and is content with a good walk or play session before settling in for a good movie. Whisky is neutral with dogs and cats. He may be interested and/or play a little bit, but he really prefers to do.his own thing when it comes to other animals- perimeter checks, water quality and depth asessments.. Whisky is not working-drive but in his mind, he still has important things to do. Whisky has basic obedience training, hes crate-trained, walks well on leash and has pretty good recall- hes a turn-key guy! Whisky is pretty easily won over by treats, but as with most malinois, proper introductions to strangers is key. Whisky would do best in a home without kids.

Story
Mamma Mia is part of our embankment mals! She and 6 others were rescued off a 20’ embankment. They had to be trapped and then the trap drug up the embankment to rescue them. They were all severely underweight and were very timid with people upon entering rescue. Considering the state they were in, these are some of the most forgiving and resilient dogs I’ve ever met. Mamma Mia is medium energy, crate trained, has started basic obedience and is big-dog social. She walks well on leash and has done well out in public!! She absolutely ADORES affection, likes playing with toys and is food driven. She’s very smart and was the protector of the other embankment dogs. The other mals took her lead for everything. Mamma adores people and gives anyone willing one of the best hugs you could imagine. Even with everything she’s been through, she is loving and appreciative. Mamma Mia would be OK for a first-time Malinois owner as long as you’re willing to take a little direction! She can be a little food-aggressive with other dogs, so we do recommend separated feeding- she’s GREAT in her crate and loves having her meals in there! No small animals for her.
