Like my namesake, I’ve got a big heart, a thoughtful soul, and a habit of approaching the world a little differently than everyone else (which, frankly, is part of my charm).I’m still figuring out this whole “being brave in the wide, wild world” thing. New sights and sounds outside the shelter can feel a bit like a daring heist gone wrong, so I’m working on building confidence on the leash at my own pace. With patience, encouragement, and a calm guide by my side, I know I’ll get there. Inside the home, I’m learning my manners and how to settle into a routine — every fox needs a cozy burrow, after all.I’d love to go home with a confident dog companion who can show me the ropes and help me feel secure while I sharpen my skills. My history with cats is unknown (a true mystery of the underground tunnels), but I’m open to polite, supervised introductions.I’d do best in a home with older kids who understand that I’m still learning and appreciate a thoughtful, gentle approach. I’ll also go home with a calming supplement to help make the transition smooth. More than anything, I’m looking for a quiet, safe place to call my own — somewhere I can relax, observe, and be my clever little self.If you’re looking for a dog with heart, humor, and a bit of fantastic flair, I might just be your guy. Let’s take it slow and see where this adventure leads.I’m 1 year old, weigh 45 pounds, and I’m a neutered male who is microchipped and fully vaccinated. Thanks to a very generous donor, my adoption fee is fully sponsored, so I’m free to go home. I’ll also head home with a collar and a personalized pet tag. You can meet me at the animal shelter Monday through Friday from 11 AM–5 PM and Saturdays from 10 AM–2 PM.

He is 81 pounds of Pure Love Ryker is a 1-year-old shepherd mix who wandered onto a soccer field one day like he was meant to be part of the team. He played with the students, hung out like one of the kids, and won everyone over instantly. After checking for a chip and no luck finding an owner, he joined Trinity GAP Rescue. He’s sweet, social, and loves people—great with kids, dogs, and even cats. He’s still in his puppy phase, so he’ll need a home with patience and maybe a good supply of chew toys. He is potty trained and working on kennel training. He is a smart and energetic boy. Ryker is about 81 pounds of goofy, loyal energy. He’s playful, affectionate, and eager to please. He needs a home that can give him the time, love, and consistency he deserves. Needs a wooden fence and no apartments please.
