Meet Maya – Playful, Affectionate, and Full of Personality! Maya is a sweet, friendly pup who has overcome a tough start and is thriving in her foster home—but she’s still searching for her forever family. She’s incredibly affectionate with humans and gets along with all types of dogs when properly introduced, as long as they aren’t dominant. She’s working with a trainer to develop her best manners and is learning to manage her excitement, especially when greeting people. Maya loves chew toys and is full of playful energy. While her foster is teaching her how to use a pool, she currently prefers a bucket—her quirky personality shines through in everything she does! 😅 Maya has recently shown a talent for climbing, even hopping onto an outdoor kitchen counter, which hints that she could be a fantastic candidate for agility classes. She’s best suited for a home with older kids who can handle her enthusiasm and playful hugs. She comes vaccinated, microchipped, and heartworm tested. We will cover transport to Austin, San Antonio, or Dallas, and can also arrange out-of-state transport or to Canadian adopters (adoption fee for out-of-state applies). Tango is very energetic and needs room to run and exercise all the energy. He’s very strong and needs someone who can control him. I’m no longer strong enough to handle him and an apartment is not the right home for him. He barks when he needs to go potty and understands what it means when you ask him to go potty. He knows these commands: sit, stay, come, off and down. If he’s wild and excited if you say focus he’ll calm down and sit.

Sage was dumped in a remote area at around 6 months old and has been with a foster family since. Sage loves to play fetch, go for long walks and explore everywhere she goes. Sage has had good interactions with children 3 and dogs 25 lbs but due to her strong prey drive, she would be best in a home without small animals. Her favorite pastime is chasing birds, squirrels, and rabbits. She has had professional training and would do well with an owner who is familiar with scent work. Sage has chronic environmental allergies and is on a hypoallergenic diet to prevent outbreaks.
