Foster to adopt only - Must be willing to commute regardless of where potential adopter lives currently. Spaying will be done at our vets office only no where else. Dog friendly - prefers to be only child in the home Very sweet girl - very affectionate - under 20 pounds - ok around small kids house trained - anyone interested in her please send inquiry about her .

Meet Miss Lola, a young spayed Bichon mix weighing about 15 lbs. This sweet, curious girl has puppy energy, loves being involved with her people, and enjoys playtime and companionship.Lola is friendly with new people, does well with small dogs, and may adjust to larger dogs with proper introductions. She may also do okay with dog-savvy cats. She thrives in a structured, calm environment with clear routines and guidance.Lola has a history of resource guarding, including a past bite related to guarding an item. In the shelter, she has shown that with structure, boundaries, and thoughtful handling, she does very well. JENNY--Help needed JENNY is in need of sponsorship in our sponsorship program to pay for the remainder of her extensive veterinary costs. We are raising funds for all of her diagnostic procedures--Xrays, Ultrasounds, CBC, Urinalysis--for her extensive dental work, and extraction and suturing of six very bad removed teeth, and for her bladder stone removal surgery, JENNY is a Maltipoo, a Maltese/Poodle cross. Jenny is 7 years old and weighs about 15 pounds. She is a cream and white color, and she is also hypoallergenic! JENNY is very intelligent and inquisitive. She is housetrained, sweet, gentle, playful, loving, affectionate, a lot of fun to be with, and not destructive. Dogs like JENNY also require regular ongoing grooming maintenance to prevent dangerous matts and tangles in the fur which can cause serious skin damage. This is Benny. He is a 4 year old Bichon. He is a bit standoffish with strangers at first, but once he knows you are a friend he warms up. He bonds closely with his person. He likes to go for walks, and has been a good boy at the rescue. He likes his sweater. It gives him a sense of security. He came to us due to domestic violence in the home. We have changed his name in this post as to not cause any upset for his previous family.
