JENNY--Help needed JENNY is in need of sponsorship in our sponsorship program to pay for the remainder of her extensive veterinary costs. We are raising funds for all of her diagnostic procedures--Xrays, Ultrasounds, CBC, Urinalysis--for her extensive dental work, and extraction and suturing of six very bad removed teeth, and for her bladder stone removal surgery, JENNY is a Maltipoo, a Maltese/Poodle cross. Jenny is 7 years old and weighs about 15 pounds. She is a cream and white color, and she is also hypoallergenic! JENNY is very intelligent and inquisitive. She is housetrained, sweet, gentle, playful, loving, affectionate, a lot of fun to be with, and not destructive. Dogs like JENNY also require regular ongoing grooming maintenance to prevent dangerous matts and tangles in the fur which can cause serious skin damage. Story

Brooke is an adorable purebred Bichon who is 5 years old and 16 pounds. She belonged to a person who had her since a puppy and unfortunately became unable to care for her any longer. Brooke is a total people dog and loves everyone she meets. She gets along with other dogs but would much rather interact with people. Brooke had some delayed maintenance and needed a dental cleaning and the tooth fairy won the lottery. She also had an eye that was undeveloped due to a congenital problem and that had to be removed, so now she's a cute pirate princess. (The photos here are before we had the eye removed.) Brooke had a full blood panel and everything checked out good so she's in great shape now -- other than needing to lose some weight. She's already been shedding some with frequent walks and decreased food intake. Even with all she's been through, Brooke has maintained a happy, loving demeanor. She'll be perfect for someone who likes to walk and is home a lot. A yard is preferred since she likes to sunbathe and is used to easy access to go potty. I love him so much and selfishly I don’t want to give him up but I also know that it’s not fair to him when I don’t have the time to give him much attention or the care he needs right now. He deserves to be with a loving home that has humans that have the time to give him. Yoshi is a loyal companion and he loves everyone he meets. He loves going to the dog park where he plays with all sorts of dogs big or small, he loves playing with kids and he loves going for walks or just snuggling up to watch a movie. I have seen him interact with a cat once and he was curious and very lucky that the cat wasn’t afraid of dogs but some might be. Yoshi will gladly be your companion, letting his ears blow in the wind while you drive, follow you around the house so he can snuggle at your feet when you settle down and check in on you with hugs when you are having a hard day.
