Story
Introducing Alex 6 mo female Black Moth Cur, this sweet girl is ready for her new home. Fostered from 6 weeks to present this young lady is eager to please and share her love. She is spayed, full vaccinated, dewormed etc. Her skills include sit, lay, paw, wait, leave it. She has great recall, leash trained, crate trained. Her favorite activities are going to swim at the river, playing at the dog park and lounging in the sun. This extremely socialized pup is great at having her nails cut, ears cleaned, getting a bath, held and handled. She’s LOVES to cuddle and get belly rubs. Has been introduced to all types of people, places and loud things would make a great service dog. Requires about an hour of exercise daily this a high energy breed and she’s a puppy will need regular engagement, very responsive to positive reinforcement and food motivated.

Story
Daisy (7-8) came into our lives 6 years ago from being one of the longest residents from the Humane Society. Daisy is incredibly smart and just as stubborn-a true independent spirit! Over the years, we've worked hard on her food insecurities and basic commands. She knows how to sit and stay... when she feels like it! Her energy is unmatched; daily walks and intense games of fetch are a must. But when the day winds down, Daisy transforms into the ultimate cuddle buddy. She loves to nap next to you, always needing to have a paw resting on you-it's her way of showing love. Unfortunately, Daisy has recently started showing aggression toward her senior dog sister. We are working with her, but need to find her a better home for her needs. Daisy would do best as the only pet in a home with patience, space to run, structure to support her, and someone to let her shine. She has so much love to give and is an amazing companion. My heart cannot handle the other possibilities.

Story
We got Ginger when she was 10 weeks old and told she was a Black Mouth Cur. She had not had her tail docked or dew claws removed at that time, owner didn't know to do that. Her birthday is June 10, 2023. She will be 2 this year. Ginger is a sweet girl. She is a sturdy thick girl. She is 80 lbs. She loves to run and to chase squirrels. She knows how to sit and it very gentle when you hand her a snack. She loves toys and we will send her pigs with her. She is house trained, walks on a leash. She loves to be outside, but she loves inside too. As long as she has someone to let her in and out you have no issues with her at all. She sleeps in the bed with us or on the love seat. She loves snacky snacks (as my husband calls them). I listed behavior problems only because she does not like certain dogs coming into our yard or some delivery men. She is in an invisible fence and needs more room to run and play. She is so solid that she will knock the little girl next door down
