Jack came from one of our partner rescues in Louisiana and is now in a NJ foster home. Meet Jack-sunshine in canine form! At 2.5 years old and 35 pounds this happy boy is fully grown and perfect. He's little kid approved, dog and cat friendly, housebroken, leash savvy, and always flashing his goofy grin. If you have been waiting for the best boy in the world... well, here he is. Who's ready to scoop up Jack? Jack is fixed and up to date on shots and is currently going through his heartworm treatment, he is available to come to NJ in January. His adoption fee is $450. Adopting a dog is a commitment that will require annual veterinary care at a minimum, training, exercise, enrichment, etc. Pet care is not cheap or easy and adopters should consider the costs, time and training prior to adoption. He enjoys being around people and likes to get pets and attention, but he needs a family that understands he will need some time to settle into his new home. Thor seemed to do okay with other dogs once given some time to get used to them, however he is afraid of cats. He needs a home without children, as they may be too much for him. **This dog is at the Ocean County Animal Facility North located at 615 Fremont Ave, Jackson NJ (off of Hope Chapel Rd). All dogs are spayed/neutered, micro-chipped, and have age appropriate shots.** To adopt our dogs you must come to the facility with your entire family, including dogs, to meet with our staff and the dog you are interested in.
