Story
Mr. Banks was found in an elementary school field being chased by kids - now don't feel bad for him, he LOVED it. He is a HUGE fan of kids and was so happy to be running around with them - a home with kids would be great for him. Mr. Banks is a 2 year old Shepherd/Black Mouth Cur mix, around 50lbs. He is a very sweet boy who is house trained and crate trained. He gets along great with other dogs and loves being active with his family. He does need a secure yard or watched outside as he loves to jump and play and if he has no one with him.... well he may try to find someone to play with. He is very smart and walks lovely on leash too. Don't let this one slip away! *All of The Right to Live dogs are fostered locally in San Antonio Texas and will be transported to other states to their new families upon adoption. We believe fostering dogs and not having them decompress in a kennelled environment is more beneficial for the dogs and builds their trust and companionship in a family situation. Adoption fee includes transportation costs, previous/current medical treatment (spay/neuter, etc.) and a health certificate for cross-state travel*

Story
Meet Taylor Swift ATTENTION all "Swifties", Taylor Swift has entered the building! My foster family says I'm a fun loving girl. In spite of my humble beginnings, I have quickly learned the ropes to indoor living....and I'm all in. I love warm hugs, cuddles, belly rubs, soft beds, toys, treat-motivated, and having a backyard to run around in. I am still a maturing puppy. Life with my foster family has been much more glamorous than my past life. I live with two kids (as young as 6 years old) and two older dog-brothers. I love the activity of kids and animals; I also enjoy a cozy place next to you for naps. I play with my dog-brothers; we share toys, dog beds, and water bowl. My eldest dog-brother mostly ignores me, but I don't mind. When I arrived at my foster's house, there were a lot of rules I had to learn quickly. I am proud to say I am now house and potty trained! I respond to stay down, do your business, sit, shake, come, and working on get in your crate. I know my name and will come when called if I run out the back gate or through the front door. I sleep in a kennel/crate through the night and during the days when no one is home. I sit, walk on a leash, and take my treats gently. I am however, still refining my manners. My foster mom says I am a little bit jumpy and a lot licky. I am just so happy to have people who care for me that I am still learning the best way to show my appreciation. I have a BIG girl bark but I don't bark often. I like toys, balls, ropes, stuffies, and all kinds of chew toys. I've ridden in the car some and have done well. I am a smart girl, fast learner, and eager to please you. I have caught 1 rat, treed some squirrels and don't know what a cat is. I would do best in a home that likes to have a good time, that likes outdoor activities, with or without other animals. I just need attention and a secure fence with lots of toys. I can't wait to meet you and start living our best lives together. Story
WE ARE A TX BASED RESCUE. THIS DOG IS CURRENTLY LOCATED IN TX AND WILL BE TRANSPORTED UPON ADOPTION. Please fill out an adoption application found at haydudeequine.org Skipper - You are the bridge between what was and what will be, my pathway to a new life! My name is Skipper and I seem to have lost my SS Minnow. So it appears that I'm now indeed searching for a new fur-ever crew where we could take that '3 hour' tour...err, maybe we should make that tour on land. I'm hoping to enjoy many many tours with my new crew!! I'm around 11 months old, so still just a youngster. Much too young to be a captain. I'm more than ready to leave the captain-ing to you. I'm very friendly and outgoing, always ready to play ball and I do great with...everyone! Kiddos, puppers and even cats! I really love my people and there isn't anything better than being with them. I'm around the 40ish lb range and shouldn't get much bigger at my adult weight. And let me tell you that's a perfect size. I'm big enough to go on all our '3 hour' tours but still have plenty of space for the both of us on the couch for our beloved cuddle time. Now that does sound about perfect! My beautifully colored sleek shiny coat is low maintenance in the grooming department. That's makes me more of a wash-n-to type of fella. And guess what that means, oh my you're right, lots of extra time for my 'spoil me rotten' time, my favoritest, you and me time!! Oh my, what dreams are made of!! If you are in need of a constant in your life, a BFF that will have your back no matter what, I could be your boy. If you're looking for a pawtner to share your life adventures (everything is an adventure to me), I could be your boy. If you're in need of a slightly clingy, very snuggly skipper to never be too far away ready for any and all your '3 hour' tours, I could be your boy!!! Please fill out my adoption application today to see if I could indeed be your boy!

Story
Chopper is an estimated 6-year-old, 65 lb spayed female mixed breed (likely bully/cur/lab) whose favorite pastimes include cuddling with her humans and short romps in the yard. She is on the mellow side of the spectrum, and has relatively low exercise needs. Chopper would prefer a fenced yard to romp in versus daily walks or hikes, as she is anxious on leash. She is social and friendly meeting new people and comfortable with handling all over her body. She'd do best with older children and should not live with cats. She knows basic obedience, is house trained, and does not have separation anxiety -- she is not destructive when left out in the house! Chopper is a mellow, sweet, affectionate dog who deserves to be a part of a loving family.  Ideal Family: Single family home with securely fenced yard, balanced resident dog with slow introductions or as only dog in the home. No cats or small kids.  Adoption Info: Chopper is spayed, up to date on core vaccinations, heartworm negative and has a recent visit with a veterinarian. Apply online at www.DogGoneSeattle.org Animal History: Chopper (fka Daisy Duke) was rescued from a high kill TX shelter by Three Little Pitties All Breed Rescue and transferred to Seattle in Nov 2019. She was adopted in 2019 and returned to the rescue in 2024 after more than 4 years due to a new baby in the home. She is currently being fostered in the greater Seattle area and available for adoption.May 3, 2024, 6:26 pm
