Hi Dalila here,I am the perfect mix of a young and sweet dog, who loves to cuddle but also who takes care of its family and friends. I am cute as I can be, loyal and a leader as well.I am a pretty strong and active dog, I walk well on a leash but sometimes when I see something interesting I can pull on the leash. I tend to be a bit protective with strange dogs I meet on a walk so I may need some patience and more training to learn how to be calmer. I am sure that if you have a family dog now, we would get along, I live with 8 dogs now so I am used to having a pack-mate.I am good on car rides, like to go to the beach, and love to be around my family. My ideal family will be active and outdoorsy. I imagine us running through the woods or on the beach sniffing all the great scents there. I imagine playing in the backyard with older kids and then settling down for a nice nap in a warm bed. Ahhh, that will be the life! Abby was found along with her sister abandoned in an apartment complex in SW Houston. She is 10-11 months old and will weigh around 60lbs when full grown. She is a little shy first but then warms up quickly, she is house and crate trained but will need more positive reinforcement. She does get along with other dogs and walks well on a leash. She is spayed, current on vaccinations, dewormed, and microchipped. She has a clean bill of health. The adoption fee includes her transport to your area and she is being fostered in Houston TX. Romeo is a stunning, handsome boy who loves to be with his person or people. He's incredibly loyal and protective, and would make a wonderful companion for someone who loves to hike! He's a good guard dog, and would do best in a non-congested area where he can simply be with his people and not worry about the neighbors. Romeo also has a prey drive, and needs a physically strong owner. He can be leash reactive and dog selective, but is a lovebug in the home and a very sensitive, loving, loyal dog. Meet Runner! This sweet girl got her name from following her finder home on a run! She probably knew she’d found someone who would help her. She’s a little nervous, but it’s only her first day at the rescue. Her finder had her for a month and fully house trained her, and she knows her manners. Runner is about 2 years old and weighs 42 pounds. She looks like a Black Mouth Cur mix, but she has a fluffy tail and some interesting coloring on her legs. She walks well on a leash, and is learning that the world is a fun place to explore when you have a safe, warm home and regular food every day! She’s good with other dogs and people, and would love to keep building her confidence. Meet Dublin! Sweet Dublin  is a Shepherd/Rhodesian mix and is just coming up to 4 years old. He is a great dog who is so deserving of a loving home.  Sadly he lost his first home due to his owners moving, and now he is losing his second home for the same reason. Poor guy can't catch a break.  Dublin  is best buds with Tucker (also listed) and we have been trying to place them together for some time  without  any luck. We have no choice but to split them up and trust that each  boy  will do ok as long as they are with a loving and patient family.  Dublin is a good boy and will  make an excellent companion for someone. We are hoping to find him a new forever home before mid March so that he does not have to end up in a shelter.  Dublin is a big lover of the snow! He will be vaccinated, chipped and is neutered. His adoption fee is $395.
