Story
Scarlet is one of the neighborhood cats we’ve been feeding. The night before, she ate with us like usual. But the next day, she came back with one eye missing, her face badly cut, and her tail gone. We don’t know what happened, someone or something hurt her badly. Images were her night before and day we took her to the vet. Despite the pain, she came up to us asking for love. I couldn’t stop crying, she was still her sweet, loving self. We took her to the vet that same day, and she’s now healing with our care. But she can’t survive outside anymore. She needs a safe, loving home where she can recover fully and be cherished. If we didn’t already have 3 dogs and 3 cats, we’d keep her, but it wouldn’t be fair to anyone. Please, we’re looking for the right person to adopt Scarlet. We won’t give her up to just anyone. She deserves the best.
