Story
Cielo is sweet and affectionate. He has been in the home with dogs for most of his life. He does well with them and likes to play. He has never been around other cats, but he is a gentle and sweet boy, so we don't see it being an issue with a slow introduction. Cielo is also great with kids and would do just fine in a home with any age.  ##2599136##

Story
**Gloria** is a sleek and elegant black Bombay kitty with a glossy coat and striking golden eyes. True to her Bombay breed, she carries herself with a regal presence and a playful curiosity. Gloria is confident and loves being the center of attention, often following her humans around, eager to be involved in every activity. Her favorite pastime is chasing after toys or watching the world go by from her favorite perch. Though she enjoys her playtime, Gloria also cherishes quiet moments, snuggling up for a nap or purring contentedly in her cozy corner. With her affectionate nature and charm, Gloria has quickly become the heart of her home.       ##2162140##

Story
Meeko is a 9 month old male polydactyl cat with extra love in each extra toe. He is very sweet, friendly, talkative, but also very independent. He likes to cuddle at night but keeps to himself most of the day. Ideally would want to place him in a home with another cat and a home with no dogs. He is potty trained and used to an automatic feeding schedule. Unfortunately have to rehome him due to our living conditions and hope to see him go to an animal lover looking for their forever furbaby. Will also provide, cat tree, automatic feeder, cat scratcher and toys.

Story
PLEASE READ ALL OF THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION BELOW. IT WILL ANSWER ALL YOUR QUESTIONS. If you still have questions after, we are happy to respond through email. It is a long read and a long adoption process. Please understand we are ensuring that our babies go to great homes and we don't know you personally (yet). Understand that this is an adoption of a beautiful little soul that deserves the absolute best life. MARISOL VERA and 10 other cats were saved from the shelter. Most of them were black cats. Its so unfortunate the bad stigma that these cats get. Lucky for them, (just like our logo shows) we LOOOVE black cats! According to the rescue mama that has been saving cats for over 20 years, black cats are the best cats EVER! A Shadow of Misunderstanding, A Heart of Gold! MARISOL VERA was once just one of ten cats saved from a local shelter, a rescue mission that was particularly poignant due to the undeserved stigma so many black cats face. Unfortunately, these superstitions seem to have cast a long shadow over her journey. One by one, her ten siblings and friends found their forever homes, leaving MARISOL VERA to wait patiently. She is now the last of her litter, a bittersweet reality for such a sweet and loving feline. MARISOL VERA's story isn't one of hardship but of quiet independence. It's true she isn't fond of being picked up; she prefers to keep all four paws on the ground, exploring the world on her own terms. She loves a good solo play session, batting at toys or chasing sunbeams across the floor. This confident, independent streak is part of her charm. She knows what she wants and isn't afraid to ask for it, particularly when it comes to her favorite canned food. But don't mistake her sass for aloofness—she is sweet and loving, offering affection freely when the mood strikes. She might not be a lap cat on demand, but she will shower you with love and attention exactly when you need it most. Her perfect match will be a family that understands and cherishes her unique personality. MARISOL VERA isn't just looking for a home; she's looking for a partner who will love and appreciate her for who she is: a playful, sassy, and affectionate companion who loves on her own time. While she could be an only cat, she is also very fond of male cats, suggesting she might thrive with a calm, understanding feline brother. With her playful spirit, a family that provides a home filled with warmth, toys, and plenty of delicious meals will find a loyal and loving friend in this one-of-a-kind girl. MARISOL VERA is a DOMESTIC SHORT HAIR / BOMBAY MIX. She is about 2 years and 10 months old. She is good with cats. In her foster home, she was around other kittens and older cats. She has never been around dogs that we are aware of or children. MARISOL VERA is currently at a foster home in Hemet, California. ADOPTION PROCESS: 1. Go to Workinwhiskers.com (Click on ADOPT) 2. Story
Bonded pair in need of new fur-parents. Henry and Rose (https://www.adoptapet.com/pet/46010200-rialto-california-cat) are siblings; my late sister's cats. They were found as 3-ish-month-old kittens in late June 2021. Vet guessed they were bottle raised, living in a cat carrier, and escaped during fireworks. My sister didn't intend to keep them but never got around to finding them a new home. They're being cared for while we get ready to sell the house, but I can't keep them. Neither is a lap sitter. Both like hammocks. They don't get along with the other cat in the house (who was there first). Henry is playful, curious, and somewhat friendly once he's checked you out. He's rather chonkier than his sister.
