ROSCOE IS IN HIS FOSTER HOME IN MEMPHIS TN AND WILL BE TRANSPORTED TO CT ONCE HE IS ADOPTED! This is Roscoe.  You have a chance to adopt your very own panther.  He was rescued as a newborn at only a couple of days old.  He is very affectionate and playful. The perfect work-from-home companion kitty.  He loves to play and loves all cat toys and is definitely loads of fun. He would do well as a family kitty and loves all other kitties, cat-friendly dogs, and kids. He is neutered, has had all age appropriate vaccines, microchip, and a confirmed NEGATIVE FIV/FeLV test.  The adoption fee of $295 also includes the transport to CT. We use a licensed and registered USDA transport company that will bring him up north once he is adopted. If you are interested in adopting, please go to our website and complete an online application using this link: http://www.newbeginningsanimalrescue.net.   Once your application is received and processed you will be contacted by an NBAR Volunteer. THANK YOU FOR CONSIDERING ADOPTING A RESCUED PET! Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.April 7, 2025, 1:35 pm

Story
If you would like an application or have any questions, please send an email to us at: info@ht-ac.org Alex was rescued from the basement of an apartment building in Hartford, where she was abandoned by her owner who had nowhere to live. She is currently in a foster home in Glastonbury. Alex is a tripod and is missing her right hind leg. It doesn’t slow her down one bit, though! When not in a hurry, she mostly gets around with casual little hops, but she can put in short spurts of speed and has no problem jumping up to her favorite spot on the couch, as you can see in the video. Alex is a very friendly kitty, and settles in after a pretty short adjustment. She absolutely lives for attention and deserves to be doted on and loved by her very own persons. This will be no hardship as she purrs like a diesel engine and she has super soft and plush fur. She just stares at you as you pet her, like she can’t believe she got so lucky that you’re in her life. She is quite talkative, and is very interested in you and your daily life. She also enjoys a little alone time in cozy pet beds or perched where she can stare out a window. She has suffered some type of trauma in the past, and so now she shines best when in a calm, quiet environment. She’s also a little defensive when sharing space with other animals, and will likely be most successful as an only pet. She is 2 years old, and has been spayed, vaccinated for rabies/distemper, microchipped, and tested negative for FIV/FeLV.

Olive is our stunning, mama kitty. She came to us with her handsome boys Calvin and Hobbs and an adorable little girl, Arya, who she adopted. Olive is new to our group so she is still acclimating. She appears to be a princess cat to us right now. She really likes attention and she is very friendly and outgoing. We are testing her with other cats if you are a one cat person, she would be a good choice. A lovely, pleasant personality. Please fill out an application on our website at www.hucatrescue.org. Thank you! PLEASE JOIN US THIS SUNDAY, DEC. 7TH AT PETCO, 188 KITTS LANE IN NEWINGTON. WE WILL BE ON THE NORTH SHORE ANIMAL LEAGUE VAN SO YOU CAN MEET OUR BEAUTIFUL RESCUES. Story
Meet Pennywise - can he be any prettier or sweeter?!! BONDED WITH Oogie Boogie! Our fosters are have so many kittens are now big enough to be adopted. They are anywhere from 8 to 10 wks old so ALL are TOO SMALL TO GO as SOLO pets to a home UNLESS u already have a young cat in your home - so have to be paired up. They are absolutely the sweetest and simply some of the cutest and prettiest kitties ever! Pennywise and Oogie Boogie - these 10-12 wk darlings are GORGEOUS and loving but 2 of our shyer duos - they are BONDED so cannot be separated and are best for a quieter home where they can super bond with their owners - no small kids at first please - too small to be fixed but they are MAGIC Darling Honey Cutie Pookie and tiny Boo - 8-10 wk old softies who are as gentle as can be. Prob ragdoll crosses as all have super velvety fur and mushy smushy personalities - too small to be fixed at this time but ready for new families - HIGHER donation applies to the poofs! Mercury, Mars, Jupiter, Pluto - 8-10 wk STELLAR babies - a rainbow of love and cuddles and OMG are they just gorgeous. truly lovable and fun and teeny tiny - too small to be fixed at this time, but ready for a home! Higher donation applies to some FYI... snugglebugs!! Woody - this 9-10 wk old baby adorable is getting neutered on Tuesday - he is sooo ready for his new home and is our seriously adorable SUPER DUPER cuddlebug. He is just all fun n' snuggles and gentle! Loves all other people and pets Poppy Seed - 8-10wks - she's teeny tiny and wonderful - too small to be fixed at this time but ready for her new home. She gets along with everyone she meets and is SOOO super snuggly that u will want to carry her around all day which she will not mind a bit. Precious! These babies were all fostered in a wonderful home after they were abandoned in KY at a high kill shelter and then cared for by our incredible NY and KY foster teams! They are all friendly and fun and great for any family - they seem fine with kids and should be fine with other gentle cats and with a gentle dog. They are incredibly affectionate, super snuggly, and simply the most purrfect kitties! Again ALL of these babies are TOO SMALL to go solo so u must have another young cat in the home or adopt in pairs. All kittens no matter what age, do not grow up with the best behaviors without another cat to help them esp during their tween months. ADOPTERS UNDER THE AGE OF 23 MUST HAVE A PARENT OR GUARDIAN APPLY We do NOT test for hypoallergenic qualities or exact breeds as we are a rescue so also please do not ask! If you are allergic, then prepare for 20 yrs of an allergy if the cat you adopt causes issues... If you want to apply - please go to https://rnrpets.org/cat-application/ to be approved. If you have additional questions please contact us via email at rocknrescue1@gmail.com. They are all fully vetted spayed neutered per age and vaccinated tested FIV FELV neg had preventatives and microchipped. And ready for love! They are also available to adopters from out of state in the Northeast and is located here in Bedford Hills NY! Long distance adopters must pick up here sorry no shipping or delivering!

Hocus is hot diggity wonderful!'s Story Our tiniest kittens are adorable but the ones that are just slightly older then toddlers are soooo much fun and many can even be solo cats. Note that most should NOT be solo... as juveniles can still develop solo kitten syndrome which is unfixable without another cat to retrain. Let's talk about them individually: Olive and Oscar - these mini 8-10 wk old poofballs seem to be the popular precious tots that we expected them to be! so funny adorable and snuggly - better together as they do love each other! Hocus, Pocus, Jack and Pumpkin - our Halloween quads are sweeter than any treat! At 12 wks they are almost old enough to go solo but do love a buddy - each SO cute and SO friendly! Buzz, Boo Peep, Haven - these 8-10 wk old tots are as cute as can be! But what really makes them extra special is their ability to love and adore u - mini cat dogs! Sophie and Stella - 8 wk old twin Torbies who look exotic but have the personality of an all American love bug. Teeny tiny and great together if looking for a duo! Pablo, Phoenix, Parker, Patrick, Paul, Phillip and tiny sis Paige - these amazing 11-13wk old gems are so fun and funny that u will know u hit the jackpot! P is for perfection right?! well they are friendly cuddly purrmasters waiting for your love Jessica, Janet, Jenny, Jessie, Jill - 3-4m old gorgeous gals, each more precious than the next.
