Meet Texas Pete (Action Superstar) Texas Pete — The Spicy Superstar! 5 months old - Silky & shiny fur - Brave, brilliant, and full of heart Meet Texas Pete, the little cowboy with a big personality and a heart of gold. He and his siblings found themselves, through no fault of their own, in a rural shelter facing euthanasia. But fate (and a quick rescue mission!) had other plans. We pulled them just in time, and Texas Pete has been showing everyone what it means to make the most of a second chance. At first, he and his siblings were shy, unsure of what to make of humans. But Pete, ever the brave one, was the first to decide that people aren’t so bad after all. His confidence helped the others come out of their shells, too, he’s that natural leader everyone loves to follow. Now, Texas Pete is a certified superstar. He’s playful, energetic, and the first to come running the moment you pick up a feather toy. He’s always ready to show off his ninja jumps — yes, the kind that defy gravity — and he’s convinced he should be working as a professional action model. In between his stunts, Pete makes time for his daily routines: following you into the bathroom every morning to make sure you’re doing okay, sleeping in bed with you at night, and demanding a fair share of cuddles and head scratches. He’s also ridiculously smart. Food puzzles? Solved. Treats? Oh, he’ll do anything for them — and he’s not shy about training you in the art of snack delivery. He loves watching Cat TV and even enjoys playing tablet games for cats (yes, he’s tech-savvy). He’s also learning to walk on a harness and leash — though he’s pretty sure his foster mom is the one being trained. Texas Pete is a gentle soul with kittens, grooming them and acting like the best big brother ever. He loves other cats, adores attention, and thrives on companionship. He’s silky soft, loves being brushed, and even tolerates nail trims and teeth brushing like a little gentleman. He’s the complete package — playful, affectionate, curious, confident, and oh-so-loving. Texas Pete is still a kitten and thrives on companionship, thus he needs to be adopted with one of his siblings or into a home with another playful cat to match his energy and keep his big heart full. Tinkie - 2-3 years old, FIV+ Tinkie’s sweetness didn’t come from nowhere. PLEASE HELP MILEY — FOSTER TO ADOPT Found on the side of the road in Douglas County, Miley was tiny, starving, and sick with coccidia when a kind-hearted couple stopped, scooped her up, and rushed her to the vet. Sadly, they couldn’t keep her—but thanks to them, and now our rescue, Miley is safe. Miley is a 3-month-old, TINY 3-pound kitten with 20 pounds of personality! She is ADORABLE in every sense of the word—a little talker, devoted lap-sitter, and a neck-cuddling lovebug. She absolutely adores people and is not shy about it. Right now, Miley is very lonely, which breaks our hearts—she should be growing up with a mom cat and siblings. Our rescue does not currently have other kittens, so we are urgently seeking a FOSTER-TO-ADOPT home WITH another kitten who can be her companion. Velli was given to me 2 years ago from my girlfriend who found him as a baby behind a dumpster. He is now 2 years old, born in October 2023. He is a very calm, nice, and affectionate cat. He loves to play and cuddle. What I’m looking for in a new home for velli is somewhere where he can get a bit more attention, I’m not home much so I don’t have enough time to care for him like I’d want to.

I am trying to rehome 2 cats of my grandmother's. Unfortunately, she is not able to take care of them and we are urgently needing to rehome as we can not take them in either. One , Stella, is a short hair tuxedo, one, Penny,is a short hair Russian blue. Both around 5 or 6 years old. They grew up around large multiple dogs, love kids, babies, etc. I have already filled out request for rehome at shelters as well.

Sage is a sweet girl who needs and wants affection, she hasn been able to get all the time she needs to fulfill all the love a pet owner could give. I want the best for her she deserves it, she deserves more. Unfortunately there's not enough time for me or my family to help pour into her, and I will be moving soon. She loves to rub up on you and get petted, and be present with humans. She definitely needs some TLC, if you are looking to develop true love gentle care with a soon to be pet she's your one. Very smart cat, as you may research tuxedo cats have a certain intune-ness about them, and the bond that can be developed can be a very special one. She has a cute thing with fresh faucet water she will communicate with you, I think she likes the running water and the fact that it's cold.
