This handsome boy is 3-year-old Moby and he's waiting for you at Satchel's! Moby can be a little shy of strangers but warms up quickly. He enjoys his walks with volunteers, followed by a nice cool down in the kiddie pool while he waits at the gate for his turn to return to his kennel. Moby is full of energy and is currently working with a trainer to learn basic understanding of what is acceptable behavior. Note from a volunteer: "Moby is a darling and very smart. He’s a “back scratch” grass loving boy who prefers water over land any day. He should’ve been a fish 🐠." She has been on sheep and done very well. She is house broken leash trained. Does not like a crate but will go in , Needs work with crate training. Penny is a dog that needs someone who can set boundaries in a positive firm consistent manner. Typical of herders, she will try to control if she senses you are not in charge. She knows commands, she is motion activated as are most herders. We are working with that and she may be reactive to other dogs per her former owner. She will be assessed in that area , as she has lived with other dogs before and done okay. Fenced yard is a must, as is a knowledgeable border collie person . We acquire Kiwi as a puppy in July 2020 as a birthday gift for our grandson who lives with us. She is a loving dog and a part of the family. We are putting Kiwi up for adoption because the grandson is going to join the military and we are moving into assisted living (we are 89 and 86) in May. and cannot take her with us. Kiwi is mostly Border Collie and is colored like Lassie.

If there was a knucklehead ox below I would check it, LOL. Bron is the last of a litter of 4 to find a home. He is a sweet guy and once he has had time to warm up, be becomes a charming guy who will sleep in your bed if you let him. He did not have the opportunity to get properly socialized as a young pup due to health issues of the original rescue foster. He just completed several weeks of board & train to help him become more confident BUT he still needs a little work. He is going to make some lucky human a terrific companion if they just take the time to work with him.
