Leo is an silly playful male Border Collie mix that was born in April 2017. He loves to run, go on car rides and cuddle. He enjoys being with people and is a good fit for older children. Leo is already housebroken and would enjoy having a fenced in backyard. A privacy fence would be best. Leo prefers the company of big dogs over little ones. If you own another dog, we can do a meet and greet to see if they are compatible. Kitties, unfortunately, are not a good fit. Due to a genetic skin disorder, Leo must take medication every other day. For a wonderful dog like Leo, it is a small price to pay. Leo is anxious to have a family of his own. Piper was a dog found on the side of the road. She had runaway from her previous owner and when I found the owner they gave me the dog. Piper has been with me for about 2 years. She has been such a sweet girl and gets along well with other dogs. However, she does not get along with our cat. She is so sweet and loves to cuddle and get attention. I'm just not home a lot and I feel bad leaving her all the time. She's not trained but is smart and could easily learn. She is also not fixed because I didn't realize it and I can't afford to pay for the surgery. She would make a great addition to a family or single person.

Shaq is a very sweet and loveable soul. We took him in because he would have ended up without a family otherwise. We were able to potty train him and have began leash training. He’s extremely playful and gentle. My boyfriend and I are both military and we are unable to keep him as he is getting deployed unexpectedly and I am relocating. Unfortunately, I will not be able to bring Shaq with me. We have reached out to family and friends and they either have enough pets already or would prefer not to take on this responsibility at this time. We would love for Shaq to be put into a new loving home because he deserves that and so much more.

I thrive on love and attention and enjoy romping in my kiddie pool or curling up for cuddles. I absolutely LOVE water, whether that means standing in my water bowl, jumping in the lake, or attacking the water that flies out of the hose! I am high-energy and would do well with an active family. I would do better with older children as i am a herding dog and may be too much for a small child. I can be dog selective and would need a proper introduction; I have shown some resource guarding with toys. I walk well on a leash too. Currently, I am available for adoption.
