Story
Hi! I’m Archie! I love life and want a furrrrrrever best friend. I am very loyal, I listen off leash, I sleep in my crate, I am leash trained, I am gentle when taking treats, I love kids, I love horses and all other animals. I would be a great ranch dog, hunting dog, or just a best friend. I love going everywhere, I behave well out in public and do not get car sick. I just got neutered and had a full vet work up to make sure I am all healthy.

Story
If you’re looking for a pint-sized powerhouse of brains, speed, and heart — Sprite might just be your dream adventure buddy! Approximately 10 months old and 25 pounds. Sprite is a smol but mighty mix of Border Collie and ACD (confirmed by Embark), and she embodies the best of both worlds: athletic, intelligent, and endlessly curious. At just 8 months old, she’s already fast, agile, and loves to climb, explore, and zoom through life with a big grin. She’s a toy chaser extraordinaire who hasn’t quite mastered fetch or tug yet, but she’s eager to learn — especially if snacks are involved! Sprite is highly food motivated, quick to pick up new skills, and thrives with regular exercise and mental challenges. She’s crate trained, potty trained, and travels like a pro, though she’s still polishing her indoor manners. Sprite has great recall on the trail, loves hiking, and yes — she swims (see video)! She adores people and other dogs, though her play style leans toward the rowdy side. She reads other dogs well, but she’ll need continued guidance for polite greetings and managing her barrier reactivity. Because of her high herding drive and enthusiasm, she’s best suited for homes without young kids or cats (chasing is her favorite sport). Sprite’s ideal home is one that embraces her drive and intelligence — agility, scent work, herding, dock diving… this girl could shine in it all! If you’re ready to channel all that sparkle into fun, adventure, and teamwork, Sprite will be your most loyal (and speedy!) partner. Sprite's adoption fee is $350 and includes spay, vaccines and microchip. If you are interested in meeting and possibly adopting Sprite, please complete an adoption application located here: https://idawg.org/application.html

Good with dogs, Needs special attention, Needs experienced adopter, House-trained, Spayed or Neutered, Shots are up-to-date,
Story
Molly was pulled out of a shelter after being abandoned by her previous owner. I took Molly in with the hopes of giving her a loving suitable home. Unfortunately my current dog has not been accepting of Molly in the home. Molly seems to be good with other dogs, she loves playing, it’s her absolute favorite thing. Molly is house trained. The only thing that is crucial here is that Molly is not immediately accepting of people, she is very shy and timid at first. She requires some training. Molly needs someone who can work with her and continue to build her confidence. Molly must be with an experienced dog owner. I am not sure how Molly does with kids or cats. From information I have gathered, her previous owner had a child. Once Molly is comfortable with her handler, she is the biggest joy and such a goofy girl. She loves attention and will be your shadow. She loves frisbee and is good at it, she loves dog toys. Molly has been through a lot and she needs someone who will give her a home.

Story
Jaxx is 5yr old Border Collie Lab Mix. She is an absolutely great dog. She would do best in a quieter home, adult only or with older kids and as an only pet. Jaxx rides very well in the car, she would make a great travel companion. She walks well on a leash. She would thrive in a home with a semi-active person for an occasional walk, a place where she is allowed to have the zoomies from time to time and just be a fun loving dog. Story
Sophie is a sweet, loving, and cuddly girl. She’s a mix of border collie, Australian and German shepherd. So, she is fiercely in love and loyal to her owners. She loves to be pet and scratched on her belly. She was adopted as a puppy from an animal shelter. She was raised with other dogs and a cat. She raised one of the dogs from a puppy. She protects her home and family. She will alert you when someone is at the door. She shows concern for other animals and people when they are sad or hurt. She does try to herd people and animals, but will stop when you tell her. When she is in the back yard, she does perimeter patrol. She has not been with children, but would love and protect them once she got used to them. She is not leash trained and barks when she is happy or protecting her home. She is seven years old, spayed and potty trained. She knows commands like sit, go potty, come here, let’s go. She is not leash trained or up-to-date on her shots. She was abandoned by her owner.
