* Pitiful boy that is in need of a hero* Arrived at our shelter with wounds on his face and back * Is on the mend and hoping that an amazing forever home is in his future very soon* Ready for adventure at a moment`s notice, starts running the minute he is out of his kennel* Happy, excited, and friendly greeting new people* Does need some work with basic manners and training (jumps up and gets mouthy when excited)* Food motivated and eager to learn- very smart boy* Introduced to dogs at the shelter and seems a bit unsocialized* Did ok calmly existing near them on a leash, but did not enjoy interacting more than that with most* Wanted to play with a female, but had a rough, herding type of play style* Would need very slow, monitored introductions to dogs on leash if he were to live in a home with one* Curious and playful when meeting cats, seemed respectful* Was around dogs, cats, and children in his previous home without issuesOzzieBorder Collie/Labrador Retriever mixMaleDOB: 9/12/2025Weight: 40.5 lbs.Heartworm NegativeOzzie`s adoption fee is $150 and includes his neuter, vaccinations, deworming, microchip, heartworm testing, and a free wellness exam. Loyal 6 yr old AussieCollie mixes. Ideal setting: country setting or large fenced yard to play in. Boys will need adopted together. They are best buds. They are nuetred and up to date on shots. They lived with 2 adults, 3 children, and a cat. Great with all of us. Loyal, Smart, and active! Love outdoors: water is their fav! They can sit and shake! Honest Reality is: Bite history due to territorial Triggers. Both boys have 1 documented bite. Both due to stranger on property. Call or email if you'd like more details on this. Experienced Handler preferred. Someone that understands the herding breed and their territorial behaviors. These are truly great dogs that just need more than we can offer. Finacial hardship changed our situation terribly and we just want them to have the life and love they deserve!!!

Meet Sweet Dolly! Dolly's story didn't start the way every puppy's should. She came from an Amish puppy mill, where her interactions with people were very limited. But now, in her loving foster home, Dolly is discovering just how wonderful the world-and people-can be. Dolly is looking for a patient and understanding family who will give her the time she needs to continue learning and gaining confidence. In return, she has SO much love to give! Once Dolly gets to know you, there is nothing she loves more than settling in for a good belly rub. She absolutely loves other dogs! Playing outside is her favorite thing ever! She is working hard on her potty training and doing well. Her crate is her safe space when she feels unsure or overwhelmed. She sleeps comfortably in her crate at night, although I have a feeling that with time, she may decide sleeping next to her favorite human is even better! Dolly may need a little extra patience, but watching her blossom is incredibly rewarding. She is learning that hands can be gentle, people can be trusted, and life can be filled with love, belly rubs, playtime, and a family of her very own. If you have room in your heart for a sweet girl who just needs someone to believe in her, Dolly might be your perfect match. When he arrived in foster care, the world felt scary and unfamiliar. In just one month, though, he has made incredible progress and continues to gain confidence every day. Kenny loves pets, especially when you're sitting down. Standing people and being picked up can still make him nervous, so he'll need a patient adopter who understands that trust takes time to build. With reassurance, kindness, and consistency, Kenny continues to come out of his shell. This sweet boy enjoys chasing his sister, eating treats, and shredding empty Amazon boxes.
