We have a lot of changes coming to our family and are reluctantly needing to find her a good home. She is house-trained, crate-trained and truly an all around great dog. No allergies, and very healthy.

We’ve had Wickett for the last 6 years. He has traveled many states with us and hiked many trails and has ran freely as a farm dog in between. We believe now at this stage of his life he would do best with an experienced family with no kids or kids that are older and can respect his space. Our son is in his toddler years and there is a lot of sporadic movements and food that puts him in difficult situations. He is friendly around our son and enjoys his pets when they are supervised. He is muzzle trained. Very sweet and loving dog. Wants to be with/near his people. Is very smart and food driven. Loves to chase squirrels/small animals and can jump 4ft fence. Meets new people best when he is outside in open space. Let him approach in his own time. Very protective of his space and area. He knows sit, stay, down, paw, touch. He has a dog brother for past 6 years and takes time being introduced to other dogs and animals.

We got Bo last year in July when he was 9 weeks old for my wife who had cancer. We thought she was in a long-term survivor situation, but the cancer returned and took her quickly in December. Bo did not do very well with it. He's not destructive but does need lots of love and attention as well as lots of exercise. I am not home enough for him to live a full and joyful life. He needs a family. He's great with my 11 year old son and my 2 year old nephew. He's generally great with strangers that come over but there is one delivery man he does not like. I would love to find him a loving home and a family that needs him rather than taking him somewhere where there is a chance he'd be put down. He loves to love and be loved.
