Story
Lilly is a 7 year old Border Collie, Basenji, and Pitbull mix (the later two breeds are best guessed). I adopted Lilly at Pet Smart in 2018. My main concern and what has led me to seek a new home for her is that I have a 14 month old toddler and she has shown signs of aggressiveness. Along with the fact that in our current phase of life, it has been hard to give her the care that she needs, financially and emotionally. Lilly is an anxious dog, can be some work to get her out of her "shell" but when she does, she's a very energetic and playful dog. She has done well in the past with other dogs, but has also shown aggressive tendencies with some. She would be best to be in a single dog home. She is great with cats. She does have a skin/dandruff issue that requires baths on a biweekly basis depending on the season. The best new home for her would be one that has a big backyard or a lot of land. She loves to be outside and run freely.

DOVE is a one year old, female border collie/boxer mix. Dove is spayed, microchipped, and up to date on vaccines and preventative. Dove has a cute, little nubbins of a tail that just is the frosting on cake for this precious dog. She is ready to graduate our Paws Behind Bars prison dog training. She is crate trained, house trained, and knows all her basic commands plus a few tricks. She is super smart and picked up on her schooling quickly although her favorite part of the day is snuggling with people. She's good with the other male dogs in the program and her favorite toy is her kong. Her ideal family should be an active one with kids over 10 yrs old and a fenced yard so she can get the proper amount of exercise.
