Rumrunner is a 13 week old possible Australian Cattle dog mix. He's a playful puppy who loves attention. His momma was a feral stray and he and his two sisters were found and taken to a rural KY shelter. He is now fully vetted and ready to find his family that will mold him into a wonderful adult dog! He's currently 9 pounds and we anticipate he'll be a small/medium size when grown. He's a fun puppy that will fit into most family makeups. Meet ZARA Paws Behind Bars Trained ZARA is a two-year-old female Border Collie mix. Yes, she is chocolate, so maybe there is a dash of Labrador mixed in, but her personality is all Border Collie. She is a nice medium size at 43 lbs. ZARA will be a great fit for an active family. Older children would be fine; however, she might have a tendency to "herd" younger ones, so a family with young children would not be a good fit. She's good with other dogs. A physical fence is required due to her energy level. If you like to hike, run or are an active outdoors person, ZARA would love to be your friend! IMPORTANT: Please Keep in mind Zara is 1years old with a life expectancy of 12 + years. This warrior came to us from a nearby shelter with his mom and siblings! We believe they are a beagle/collie mix and are as cute as they could be!! Jax is a sweet, loyal, good dog. He is 100% housetrained and never had an accident inside in his foster home. He's curious about everything, and could walk miles with you He likes cats, but not dogs so much. He would need close supervision around children, but likely would be best in a home without. Jax has what we at the shelter call ""stranger danger."" and takes a while to trust people, but when he does, he's your best bud. Jax needs a person who has long experience with dogs, just plain loves them, and has the patience and understanding to see beyond his initial gruffiness.
