Meet Pythagoras! THRIVING IN FOSTER WITH A PROFESSIONAL TRAINER! READY TO IMPRESS! GOOD WITH DOGS & CATS!! This 50-pound border collie/husky mix is five years old and is as wonderful as they come! You don't have to be a math whiz to realize how special this boy is! Pythagoras hit the jackpot and is currently loving life in a foster home with one of the wonderful trainers we work with. House-trained & crate-trained, he aims to please! He loves other dogs and cats could make a good companion for another well-socialized pets. Handsome and attentive, this boy is the whole package. Pythagoras enjoys his time outdoors where you can witness his curious, playful side. A yard to enjoy in his new home is a must for this adventure loving pup. He rides well in the car and his leash skills will continue to improve with more practice. Pythagoras is a very capable dog who already knows how to sit and is currently learning more commands. He will thrive in a home where his family is dedicated to keeping him exercised and mentally challenged. With continued daily structure and routine, Py will truly excel! Py's a fan of all sorts of toys and treats and his foster family has had no issues taking those items away. He'll never pass up a belly rub also does well in the bath. At the end of the day, he sleeps quietly through the night and will curl up with you in bed if allowed. Based on our evaluation, we feel Pythagoras would do best in an active home with adults or families with kids ages 12 and up. Active breed experience is preferred. Scarlett is a great family dog. She is a cuddler and loves her peopleI believe she would be happier in a country setting verses the city like i have currently. She’s energetic but trained well and highly trainable to your setting.She’d be a great hunting dog for a hunter from her mountain cur breeding. I think she’d be a great hearding dog from her border collie breeding. She’s excellent at scenting. She’s also great at agility, I have had her running some laps with obstacles, just make shift in my yard. I think she can compete. She’s excellent with children and cats as she’s had both for three years with no issues. She is friends with a neighbor dog but does bark at dogs while on walks.I am fostering her right now after she was with a family with small children for 3 years, they had to much on their plate for a dogI am grandma to the dog I live alone and still work. I am to old for the activity and with the small city yard it’s boring for her
