This is 11 year old Stella. Her mom adopted her as a puppy from us in 2014. Stella's mom is having some health issues that require her to go to a nursing home. At this point her family is not sure if it will be temporary or long term. Her main concern is Stella, which she considers her 3rd child. Since Stella is an ABLAR alumni, we want to step up for Stella and her mom. WE NEED A FOSTER FOR STELLA ASAP !! She is house, leash and crate trained. Super sweet and loving. Stella weighs approx 50 lbs. She is still very active and loves squeaky toys. She has been the only furbaby but does get along with other dog friendly dogs. Cats unfortunately are not a good mix for Stella. She is also used to a fenced in yard but that would not be necessary since she is leash trained. She is very smart and willing to please. Her adoption fee currently is only $50 which includes her spay, Heartworm and Lyme disease tested, updated on all the vaccinations and flea and tick preventative. Come meet the sweet girl today.Puppies 6 months and under are typically $200 and dogs from 7 months to 6 years are typically $100.00. The adoption fee may be higher or lower than stated however, and is dependent on many factors including age, behavior, medical condition and demand. All dogs 7 years and older are free under our Saving Seniors program. Willow is a wonderful dog for a single-dog home. We took her in emergently as my boss needed to rehome her for behavioral issues. I was told she attacked smaller dogs, so I didnt foresee an issue bringing her into my home with another 60lb dog. However she has also attacked him multiple times, once almost fatally. I dont make this decision lightly, I believe adopting a dog is a responsibility for life and while I do take that very seriously, my other dog was in the home first and so I do see a higher responsibility to keep him. Willow is very well trained with multiple commands and has good recall. she has little interest in dogs on walks or out in public and usually makes no issue of it. She is a high energy dog, she is 8 yet I would hardly call her a senior! She needs an active family/individual who can not only walk her, but provide her vigorous exercise. We think she typically acts out (chews things, drags out trash) when she hasnt been active enough.

Brewer is a sweet and loyal dog. He is extremely intelligent and loves to play fetch. Great with cats, dogs, chickens. Supervision recommended for kids as he's not had extensive time around them. He is a snuggle bug and would probably sleep in the bed if you let him. His personality is high energy and eager to please. He wants to be around his people always and touching you ideally. Even if it's just laying at your feet. He is very obedient and knows more than the average dog in terms of commands. Sit, stay, leave it/ok, lay down, jump, spin, roll and go get it.
