Jingle is a sweet, loving 9-month-old pup with such a great personality. She is well trained, completely house trained, and loves her stuffed toys, chewing on bones, and most of all, cuddling up with her people.She can be a little hesitant when meeting new people at first, but once she gets comfortable, she absolutely falls in love with them and becomes the biggest cuddle bug. ❤️ She has also met other dogs that she really enjoys being around and playing with.Unfortunately, Jingle and my older dog just do not get along, which is the reason I am looking for a new home for her. This is a very difficult decision because she truly is a wonderful dog. I just want to find her a loving home where she can be happy, spoiled, and get all the love and cuddles she deserves.

Meet Griddle!! He came in as a stray on 5/29/26. We think he is about 10 months old. He has gorgeous blue eyes and he is tall and lanky. He isn't done growing yet and he seems like he is still learning how to adjust to his growth spurts. He obviously has never walked on a leash so that is a learning curve for him. Practice makes perfect and he is starting to catch on. He is sweet and friendly and goofy. He is just a pup so he will need someone willing to teach him everything he needs to know to be a wonderful companion. He is available for adoption so hurry in to meet him! Griddle is located at the Richland County Dog Shelter in Mansfield, OH. Phone is 419-774-5892 It is an application process. You can request one via dogs@richlandcountyoh.gov

Ivy is a 2 year 5 month old Beagle/Australian Shepherd mix who came to the shelter as an owner surrender. Ivy is a sweetheart with lots of love, kisses and cuddles to give! She enjoys walks but gets distracted by the zoomies and running in circles, she's also quick to pull when on the scent (may need more leash training). She is treat motivated and knows the command sit. Spins in circles when happy or excited. Crate and pad trained. Loves squeaky toys and nyla bones. Came from a home with a fenced in yard and was allowed on the furniture. Good with baths. Fearful of cats. Currently treating with trazadone for separation anxiety.Her adoption fee is $150, this includes her spay, heartworm test, vaccines current, deworming, heartworm/flea prevention and micro chipped. Her dog license is also required to be purchased for Sandusky County residents at time of adoption, which is an additional $21.00 (includes $1.00 service charge).Please visit the shelter to meet her, we show dogs Monday through Friday 1pm-4:30pm and Saturday 1pm-3:30pm. Once you have visited the shelter, you are then eligible to submit an adoption application for review. Please note, we do not offer same day adoptions and there is a $10 non-refundable application fee.Come and meet your new best friend today! The Humane Society of Sandusky County is open Monday -Friday 1pm - 5pm and Saturdays from 1pm - 4pm. Also, be sure to check us out on FaceBook!
