Story
Looking for a little dog with a whole lot of heart? Meet Ian! Ian is a 1.5-year-old black and white sweetheart who proves every day that a rough start does not define your future. This pint-sized boy previously suffered a hip injury, which has healed beautifully, and his happy, playful spirit never missed a beat. Ian is fun, boisterous, and full of contagious joy. He loves attention, enjoys romping around with his toys, and is always ready for a cuddle when playtime winds down. He does well with other dogs and would make a wonderful addition to a home with canine friends. Ian also loves his food and is happily not picky. He eats from a slow-feeder bowl to help him enjoy his meals at a healthy pace and aid digestion. Medical Transparency (the important but reassuring part): Ian has Diabetes Insipidus, which is not the same as diabetes mellitus. This condition affects how his body concentrates urine and has nothing to do with blood sugar. • Oral medication only — no shots or injections • Takes medication twice daily to maintain healthy urine concentration and support full bladder emptying • Medication may be lifelong or temporary, depending on future veterinary guidance • Medication cost can vary depending on the veterinarian or pharmacy • Needs frequent potty breaks Ian does wonderfully on his routine and is otherwise a happy, active, affectionate young dog. He is looking for a loving home that will appreciate his joyful personality and continue his simple daily care so he can thrive for years to come. Are you ready to give this resilient, playful boy the forever home he deserves? Basic Info: Male, 1 yr old, Boston Terrier/Chihuahua, Coat: Black and White, neutered, microchipped, up to date on shots and preventions, preventatives. Local adoption fee (Texas) - $200 Out of state adoption (includes transport to your area) ‐ $450

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Meet Griffin, a sweet and gentle boy from a litter of seven who is waiting for a patient, loving family to call his own! Born on August 30, 2025, Griffin weighs 18 pounds and has a quiet charm all his own. Griffin’s mom is a beautiful pure bred Boston Terrier who found herself on the streets.  We suspect the dad was a local unnamed politician that promised the moon.  A good Samaritan rescued the mom and fostered her puppies until they were 8 weeks old.   Griffin is our shy boy. He loves attention and affection, but he needs a little time to get to know you first. Once he feels comfortable, his playful side shines through! He adores toys and playtime and promises to be a fun and loving companion once he has built his trust in you. This little pup needs someone with the time and patience to continue his training and socialization, helping him build confidence and grow into a well-adjusted adult dog. If Griffin sounds like the perfect, sweet addition to your family, please complete an application on our website: www.adoggie4you.org.  His adoption fee is $350. This dog is currently in Texas; however, it can be transported to Washington, Portland (Oregon), Minneapolis, Milwaukee, Chicago, Des Moines, Omaha, Cincinnati, Lexington KY or all along the East Coast. If transported, there is an additional transport fee of $225. We do not transport to Rhode Island or Massachusetts due to their regulations. Meet Adalia! 🐾 Adalia is a 2-month-old, 6.6-pound pug terrier mix with a big personality packed into a tiny body. She’s full of spirit and absolutely loves to play with other dogs—she’s always up for a game or a romp with her furry friends. When she’s not playing, Adalia is happiest sticking close to her people. She loves to follow you around and is an excellent cuddle buddy once playtime is over. 💕 Adalia is working hard on her puppy basics and is already doing great for her age. She knows how to use the dog door to go outside for potty breaks, though she’s still a puppy and will need continued guidance and patience as she grows. Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. Meet Bandit, a handsome young pug with an adventurous streak and a heart full of love! Born around May 14, 2024, this sweet 18.4-pound boy was found exploring a local subdivision, charming multiple neighbors along the way. While everyone wanted to help the little runaway, Bandit proved himself to be quite the escape artist, cleverly digging out of various yards in his determined quest to find the action! Bandit is a true social butterfly. His main goal in life is to be right where the people are. When he gets loose, he doesn't run away; he rushes towards companionship! He is looking for a secure yard and a family who will give him plenty of attention and keep him close by, satisfying his deep desire to be part of the pack. Bandit has been fully vetted and is now receiving treatment for anaplasmosis, a common tick-borne disease discovered during his initial exam. He is doing great and just needs to complete his 30-day course of medication. He's on the mend and ready for his fresh start. This resilient, people-loving pug is eager to trade his days of solo adventures for a lifetime of cozy cuddles and family fun. If you’re looking for a loyal, friendly companion who promises to keep you entertained and loved, Bandit is eagerly waiting to steal your heart! You can apply for Bandit at www.adoggie4you.org.  His adoption fee is $350.  This dog is currently in Texas; however, it can be transported to Washington, Portland (Oregon), Minneapolis, Milwaukee, Chicago, Des Moines, Omaha, Cincinnati, Lexington KY or all along the East Coast. Story
Meet Apple Connie – the beautiful, sophisticated lady with the squishy bulldog face, the most cuddle-able body in the business (she’s 38 pounds of pure love!), and a personality that makes everyone she meets instantly fall for her. Around 4 years old and overflowing with charm, Apple has quickly become a favorite here at the rescue—and for good reason. She’s on a mission to make best friends of us all, one kiss and cuddle at a time. Apple is what we like to call a professional lovebug. She thrives on affection and attention and believes belly rubs are a basic human responsibility. Whether she’s sunbathing in a golden patch of light, snoozing at your feet, or gently placing her head in your lap for pets, Apple is here to be your best snuggle buddy, emotional support potato, and constant companion. See her in action here, and come back to read more! Happy Apple the loving little bulldog!!!🍎 https://youtu.be/lpshPyvlu5M?si=Z6Nli59VJo63-t5L She’s a mellow, couch-loving girl who still enjoys her daily walks, especially if it means she gets to greet new people along the way. Apple is famously gentle when taking treats, has great manners in the house, and sleeps peacefully in her crate at night. She’s potty trained, crate-trained, and learning her leash skills like a champ—especially since she’s highly food-motivated and eager to please. Apple gets along well with other dogs, especially once she’s had time to settle in. She prefers calm playmates who match her easygoing vibe—none of that big-dog, high-speed chaos for her, thank you very much. She’s more of a “let’s stroll around the yard and then nap in the shade” kind of gal. Now, about cats—Apple says, “no thank you.” She has officially decided that feline roommates are not her thing, and we respect that. We all have our boundaries, and Apple’s just happen to involve fur that meows. She’s also a natural in public and doesn’t mind being the center of attention (she assumes the admiration is well-deserved—and she’s not wrong). Whether riding calmly in the car, walking through the neighborhood like a local celebrity, or even being picked up or dressed up for Halloween, Apple takes it all in stride. She’s the perfect blend of classy and goofy. While she’s happy to share her space with another chill dog, Apple’s biggest requirement is a loving human (or several!) who will spoil her with affection and maybe share the couch. She’d love a yard for sunbathing, a home that understands the value of quality nap time, and people who will appreciate her quiet loyalty and subtle humor. She’s the kind of dog who will look into your soul and then... fall asleep on your feet. Apple Connie isn’t just ready for her forever home—she’s ready to move in and steal your heart. If you’re looking for a dog who will be your shadow, your best friend, and your most loyal cuddle companion, Apple is your girl. Ready to bring a new furry friend into your life? Our rescue has a 2 acre property in Texas where we assess every animal with trainers on staff, we modify behavior as needed, and create individualized behavior plans to help prepare dogs for their future families including crate training, potty training, leash walking, etc. Our fosters are able to attend group trainings and socialization play groups to keep dogs adoption-ready. Our on-site trainers support the positive growth of our dogs and we enjoy seeing their progress! Our commitment to comprehensive medical care sets us apart. We've received glowing feedback from veterinarians who commend our dedication to ensuring the health and well-being of every animal in our care with treatments that often go above and beyond. Our adoption fees reflect the extensive care and resources that go into each animal we save. The adoption fee is a donation to the mission and goes far beyond getting a fully vetted pet. The rescue’s hard costs alone for a healthy dog to go through our program typically range between $412 to $859, which includes boarding, food, medications, vaccines, and spay/neuter. For heartworm-positive dogs, hard costs are upwards of $1,120. Additionally, dogs requiring extended boarding, extra training, or extra medical care—such as dental work, vision care, or orthopedic care—can lead to expenses running into the thousands. Also, included in the fee are costs to cover transport up to the Pacific Northwest or East Coast. While adoption fees help cover part of these expenses, we want to emphasize that Three Little Pitties Rescue is not government funded. It doesn’t stop there! Our adopters also receive these SPECIAL PERKS: Extensive behavioral testing and information from trainers on our staff to ensure the perfect fit for your family Discounts on Embark DNA test kit- $30 off of Breed ID test & $50 off of Breed ID plus Health test 30 day trial of pet insurance with Trupanion A free private online dog training session with GoodPup, plus low pricing for future sessions 70% off of your first order of Fetch, a delicious PNW based fresh dog meatballs subscription Coupons for a fun visit to Petco 20% off of Dr. Cuddles pet first aid and hygiene solutions Discounted heartworm, flea prevention, and monthly dewormer Access to our exclusive FB Adopters page, where you can network for play dates, resources, and connect with other adopters that share their passion for their adopted pup! Did you know that the Greater Houston area faces some of the highest stray and overpopulation rates in the nation? We are a non profit charity. Our goal is simple— to reduce the homeless pet population through community outreach, free spay and neuter services, and by rescuing animals from the streets or overcrowded shelters where euthanasia due to lack of space is often the only option. The dog you've found online is not only lucky to be in our program, but also incredibly fortunate to have caught your eye. Thank you for considering adoption and for joining us in our mission!
