THIS IS A COURTESY POST HELPING A NEIGHBORING RESCUE SAVE LIVES. THIS DOG IS CURRENTLY LOCATED IN TX AND WILL BE TRANSPORTED UPON ADOPTION. Please fill out an adoption application found at haydudeequine.org Luffy - You are the bridge between what was and what will be, my pathway to a new life! Hey hey all you fabulous people out there. My name is Luffy and I'm here looking to adopt me a family, a home...one I can say will be all mine! And since you're reading this, I'm hoping that you'll consider making ME a part of yours!!!! I is a real sweetheart, adorable and playful year-old coming in at about 16lbs that is an on the go, energetic pup that will win over your heart with my charming ways and playful personality. I is ready to start this next chapter in life with lots of puppy kisses, tail wags and playtime with my new family!! I has a lot of energy and playfulness that makes me the perfect companion for lots of adventures, everything from the mundane daily to your weekend exciting. I do great with the other foster pups here but would do just fine getting ALL the attention as your one and only but would probably do best in an adult only home or with older kiddos (10+). I have not yet had the pleasure of meeting any of those creatures y'all call a cat. I do great with people and my dream is an active family that would love to have a tag-a-long to share in all the joys of hanging your head out the car window, going on sniffaries or sleeping on the ground on camping trips. I am up to trying them all...and having a blast doing them with you! I am house and crate trained already so that lets us get right to the fun stuff....right away!! And, I sleep all night long and my favoristest spot is of course snuggled in bed beside you!! ;) I seem to have a larger dome head and could possibly have hydrocephalus which is a condition where an abnormal accumulation of cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) inside the skull causes the brain to swell and increase pressure. There are some treatment options that vary depending on the cause and severity of hydrocephalus, but may include medication to reduce fluid production, surgical shunting to drain the excess fluid, or in severe cases, palliative care. Some breeds like the chihuahua naturally have a dome shaped head and don't always indicate a problem. This doesn't seem to affect my sweet personality and I'm just a happy happy boy that is ready to live life to the fullest! I am sooooo ready to unleash all this awesomeness on a family and be that lil heartbeat at your feet or maybe preferably on your lap, so if you think I'd be a pawsome fit for you and your lifestyle, please stop scrolling and fill out my adoption application! Story
Meet Atticus, a super sweet 3 year old neutered male terrier mix, weighing about 45 lbs! He is a friendly love bug who is good with other dogs, peiple, and kids. He has not been cat tested, so we are unsure how he would do with cats. Atticus plans to win you over with not just his good looks, but also with his charming personality. He's a fun, goofy guy and will bring endless enjoyment to his new home. Are you willing to give him the chance to make your life more entertaining?  From Atticus's current foster: "Atticus is the welcome wagon and the life of the party! He loves meeting new people and dogs alike. Atticus doesn't know what the word stranger means because everyone is his friend. He has the sweetest most handsome face and is such a quirky, loving and playful guy. He loves vigorous rubs, butt scratches and lets us know how happy he is with his motor tail. He would love nothing more than to be a sidekick by day and cuddle buddy in bed by night. After all, he does have a PhD in cuddling! He gives the best hugs and kisses. He loves playing with other dogs, finds their level and adjusts his accordingly. He likes durable rubber chew toys, fetch, couch wrestling his 4 legged friends and zoomie marathons. We think he would do best in a home with other dogs to keep him active but would also do fine being an only dog since he's a bit of an attention hog and a jealous jelly bean at times. He is NOT an aggressive dog by any means, only the occasional reactive barking, and he would rather play than fight. I have watched him de-escalate situations with other dogs and choose to not engage or redirect with playful gestures. He is not a fan of his crate, 0 out of 10, would not recommend, cries like a little girl and nervous drools, but he WILL enter it for food. He tells us when he has to go outside. He is mostly great on leash except for when he gets excited about something or his prey drive is triggered (which is typical for terriers). He is very smart, expressive and knows basic commands like sit, stay, come, paw, lay down, dog out, leave it and drop it. He has good recall.  Overall just your snuggliest, silliest GOODEST BOY." Atticus is medically up to date and housebroken. A 100% good doggo! Apply to meet this special boy today! Click HERE for Adoption Application: pawsrescueleague.org/adopt Adoption fees vary based on the dog and are not negotiable. As a small rescue that does not receive government funding or grants, we rely on adoption fees to stay afloat. Adoption fees help cover the following: vaccinations, wellness exams, heartworm/4DX testing, parasite prevention, spay/neuter (age-appropriate), microchipping, transport expenses, and other rescue-related overhead/administrative costs. Paws Rescue League, Inc is an all-inclusive rescue that does NOT only rescue puppies and young, healthy dogs.  We make a point to also rescue seniors, dogs with special needs, moms, and other “less desirable” dogs, knowing that we will likely incur higher veterinary expenses and that these dogs may take longer to get adopted.  As such, an individual adoption fee is not only reimbursing PRL for expenses directly related to that dog, but it is also helping us to continue our mission of taking in dogs that would otherwise be too much of a financial burden to save. We believe that ALL dogs deserve a second chance. Thank you for your support and understanding! ##2332671##

Story
When I was found wandering in a neighborhood, I had a stinky situation ;( Apparently whoever had me, didn't know what to do for my "stinky situation" and let me go :( So, I had a prolapsed rectum likely due to either genetics or a food allergy, and lots of diarrhea.. however, the rescuers sent me STRAIGHT to the vet and my corrective surgery was performed!! Now it had taken me about 6 weeks to be more normal in the poop department but my new fosters has kept me on the hydrolyzed protein food and not too much to eat all the time... as a frenchie i will eat WHATEVER you give me and MORE, so to keep my girlish figure and to prevent excess poop... and I am in the "all better" department now!! I had a "colonplasty" which is a corrective surgery and should be ALL I need. Now to the FUN part!! I am all frenchie :) Cute, smart, playful, loving and kind of goofy too. I am great with everyone i meet and I LOVE to meet new people and friends. I want a really nice family who will take great care of me, with a friend or two? I am waiting and you are looking, lets meet and be together furever!! Local adoption fee is $500 (in TX) Out of state adoption fee is $750, includes transport to your area)
