Story
Meet Alf! This 7-month-old Boxer mix is named after the lovable TV alien, and much like his namesake, he’s figuring out life on a brand-new planet one brave step at a time. He currently weighs 33.5 pounds and is still growing into himself. When Alf first arrived at a local animal shelter, the world felt overwhelming. He pancaked to the floor, unsure of what to expect and how to navigate all the new sights, sounds, and smells. Thanks to patient, gentle staff and a whole lot of encouragement, Alf has made huge progress and is truly coming out of his shell. New things can still feel intimidating for him, but Alf is learning that good things happen when he’s brave. Each day brings a little more confidence, a little more curiosity, and glimpses of the sweet, goofy Boxer mix he’s becoming. Alf is looking for a home that understands confidence grows at its own pace and is ready to cheer him on as he continues his glow-up into a happy, secure companion. His minimum adoption fee is $300 plus a $15 fee, if 4 months or older, for rabies registration for McLean County residents. He has been neutered, microchipped, vaccinated, heartworm checked, dewormed, and is on flea and heartworm preventatives. Story
Meet our beautiful boxer mix mama Onyx 💕 She did the hardest job first — raising her puppies in foster care — and now it’s finally her turn. This sweet girl has been devoted, gentle, and patient while her babies grew big and strong. With her mom duties behind her, she’s ready to trade midnight feedings for couch cuddles and backyard zoomies. She’s looking for a forever home where she can be someone’s baby now. A soft bed, steady love, and a family who sees her not just as “the mama,” but as the loyal, loving companion she truly is. After giving so much, she deserves a lifetime of being cherished. Ready to make her next chapter the best one yet? Apply at www.fosterpetoutreach.org

Story
Charlotte Opal is an 11-week-old Boxer sweetheart with a heart as big as her paws. She’s gentle, affectionate, and about as sweet as they come—no spice unless she needs to lovingly remind her brothers who’s boss. This little lady prefers to cuddle in close (she gets chilly and shivers) and will happily soak up all the love you can give. Bath time? Not her favorite. Ice cubes to crunch on? Absolute favorite. Charlotte Opal is looking for a family ready to give her the time, patience, and training that every puppy needs. In return, she’ll give you endless cuddles, soft kisses, and a loyal companion for life. If you’re searching for a sweet girl to complete your family, Charlotte Opal just might be the one. 🐾 Our adoption fee is $350 for dogs over 5 months of age and includes all vaccinations, spay/neuter, micro chip implantation and registration/transfer, heartworm test and much more. Story
Meet Charlie 🤍 Charlie is a sweet, enthusiastic Boxer pup who shows his love with his whole heart—even if it sometimes comes with a few playful nibbles. He’s learning and improving every day; Charlie just loves very hard. This handsome boy has a touch of white on his nose, making him the twin of one of his sisters and giving him his own special charm. When Charlie is happy, you’ll know it—his affection is big, bold, and full of puppy joy. And if you ever need his attention? Just push the “ice” button. Charlie will appear faster than you can say his name, ready to chomp and wag his way into your heart. Charlie is looking for a family who understands puppy energy, patience, and training—and who’s ready to be loved enthusiastically in return. 🐾 Our adoption fee is $350 for dogs over 5 months of age and includes all vaccinations, spay/neuter, micro chip implantation and registration/transfer, heartworm test and much more. Story
Last, but most certainly not least, Clara Bow was the final pup to join the world—and she made us wait. She just needed a little extra time cooking to make sure she was truly the best of the best. A twin to Charlie with her own special twist, Clara Bow sports adorable white socks that set her apart. While she may look like her brother, her personality couldn’t be more different. Clara is gentle, happy, and overflowing with love. She adores cuddling up close with her humans and soaking in every bit of affection she can get. Like the rest of her siblings, a little ice tossed on the floor can convince her to do just about anything—except take a bath, of course. Some things are non-negotiable. Clara Bow is looking for a family ready to cherish her sweet nature, continue her training, and welcome a loving, cuddly companion into their home. 🐾. Apply at www.fosterpetoutreach.org

Story
Coffee Bean is an almost 2-year-old Pit Bull Terrier mix weighing about 50 pounds, and she’s a gentle, affectionate girl whose heart is just as big as her story. Before coming to rescue, Coffee Bean spent nearly two months surviving on her own as a stray. When she was finally brought to safety, rescuers discovered a collar painfully embedded in her neck and learned she was pregnant. Despite everything she had been through, Coffee Bean never stopped wanting to trust people. Once she realized she was safe, her sweet and loving personality quickly began to shine. Shortly after arriving in foster care, Coffee Bean welcomed 10 puppies into the world. Now it’s finally Coffee Bean’s turn to be the one who’s spoiled and loved. Coffee Bean is the definition of a cuddle bug. She absolutely loves being close to her people and would happily spend her evenings snuggled up beside you or curled up in bed. She’s incredibly loyal and tends to follow her humans from room to room, just happy to be part of whatever you’re doing. She’s friendly, outgoing, and has a joyful, playful personality that makes her a wonderful companion. She gets along very well with other dogs and especially enjoys having canine friends to play with. Because of how much she enjoys running and playing, Coffee Bean would love a home with a fenced yard and ideally another playful pup to keep her company. She’s also great with children and has the kind, patient temperament that makes her a lovely addition to a family. Coffee Bean is house-trained on a routine and does well having free roam in her foster home. She’s still working on some of the basics like leash manners and commands, but she’s eager to please and very motivated by treats, which makes her a fun dog to continue training with. Like many dogs, she can be a little nervous during car rides, but with time and positive experiences she will likely gain confidence. After everything she has been through, Coffee Bean is ready for the life she has always deserved. She’s looking for a home where she can run, play, cuddle, and be loved as deeply as she loves in return. If you’re searching for a loyal best friend with a heart full of affection, Coffee Bean is ready to pour all of that love into her forever family. Her minimum adoption fee is $100 plus a $15 fee, if 4 months or older, for rabies registration for McLean County residents. She has been spayed, microchipped, vaccinated, heartworm checked, dewormed, and is on flea and heartworm preventatives. Story
**Meet Sloane – A Smart, Silly Pup Ready for Fun** Sloane is a 3-month-old Pit Bull Terrier mix who weighs 30 pounds and is full of personality. She’s a friendly, outgoing, and adaptable puppy who brings joy and laughter wherever she goes. She’s adjusting well with other dogs and enjoys chewing on her toys, leaving household items alone. Sloane doesn’t bark much, though she may vocalize in her crate at first before settling down, so a home without shared walls is likely best. This smart, food-motivated girl already knows “sit” and is working on “down.” She’s mostly house-trained, with just a few transitional accidents, and may have an occasional nervous or excited tinkle. Sloane is great with kids and especially loves her 4-year-old human foster brother. Like any typical puppy, she has plenty of energy and will thrive with both mental and physical stimulation, along with continued basic training. While not required, a fenced yard would be a dream come true for her since she loves running and playing outside. If you’re looking for a happy, playful companion who’s eager to learn and ready to grow with your family, Sloane is excited to meet you. Her minimum adoption fee is $300 plus a $15 fee, if 4 months or older, for rabies registration for McLean County residents. She has been spayed, microchipped, vaccinated, heartworm checked, dewormed, and is on flea and heartworm preventatives. Story
Cece is an 2 year old mixed breed who weighs about 35 pounds. Beneath her initial shyness lies a sweet, playful, and loyal companion who just needs a little time to feel safe. Cece is nervous in new situations and takes longer to warm up to men, but once she trusts you, her loving nature shines through. She craves companionship and will follow her favorite people around the house, happily curling up in your lap or entertaining herself with toys. Cece loves other dogs and would thrive in a home with a canine friend to help her build confidence, though she may need some time to adjust to new doggy pals. Cece enjoys running around in the yard, playing with toys, and getting the zoomies once she feels at home. While she hasn’t started leash walks yet due to her fearfulness, she’ll likely benefit from long walks and other forms of exercise to meet her energy needs. Cece needs a quiet, experienced home with a fenced yard to ensure her safety, as she is prone to running when scared. While her interactions with kids have been few, we believe she could adapt to a home with calm, patient children. With time, love, and understanding, Cece will blossom into a devoted and affectionate member of your family. Cece's adoption fee has been sponsored.  There is a $15 rabies registration fee for McLean County residents. She has been spayed, microchipped, vaccinated, heartworm checked, dewormed, and is on flea and heartworm preventatives.
