Story
Just one look at this guy and you can't help but wonder why he was given the name Chicken? We do not have a clue. He is a senior guy looking for a home to spend out the later years of his life with all the comforts that a loving home will provide. Chicken still has a good amount of energy, but at the end of the day, he would simply prefer to curl up in your favorite chair, if you will let him, or a plush dog bed. He would do best with older children and a quieter lifestyle since that is what he had in his prior home. Come meet this guy and check out his big soulful eyes. Sage is a total sweetheart once she gets to know you. It will take a couple visits, but once she is familiar with you, she is quite a cuddler. Sage loves to go on car rides and walks. Because of her protective nature, she will need an experienced owner that has the time and patience to continue her training. Sage needs a home with a secure fenced yard, no children, and will need to be the only animal in the house.DOB 5/6/2020 42 PoundsI'm waiting for a home to call my own. email webmaster@petrefuge.com to learn more about me or fill out an application at https://www.petrefuge.com/adoptPet Refuge was formed in 1978 to help with cats and dogs in need of homes. Story
Are you looking for a dog to play and cuddle with? Baxter is the total package. This boxer/terrier mix had a rough start in life. He was a stray found in the cold, snowy weather, with major hair loss. Baxter is a quick learner with a gentle personality. He is currently in a foster home, where he is blossoming. He has learned to sit and wait for food and toys and is working on house breaking. A fenced yard is preferred. He does enjoy walks is great on a leash, and is very playful with other dogs.DOB 1-6-21 approximately 52 poundsI'm waiting for a home to call my own. email webmaster@petrefuge.com to learn more about me or fill out an application at https://www.petrefuge.com/adoptPet Refuge was formed in 1978 to help with cats and dogs in need of homes. Story
Meet Rigby!! Rigby is just over 5 years old and weighs about 40#. He is a Boxer/Pitbull Terrier mix.   Rigby is one of the sweetest souls! He came to us as an abandoned stray, in pretty rough shape. Rigby has been nothing but a friendly and loving guy in his time here with us! He can stand to gain some more weight, as he came in to us very visibly underweight. Rigby has put on several pounds while in our care, but can stand to gain a bit more to get him where he should be.   We expect that he will do fine with kids as his demeanor is calm and loving. We haven't introduced him to cats or other dogs yet but can upon request.  Rigby loves to go for walks and loves to play with a ball! He sits and shakes as well!   He did test positive for Lyme Disease, and has started his month long Doxycycline treatment here with us. Rigby will need kept on monthly Flea/Tick Prevention and should receive a yearly Lyme Vaccine as well. He is not contagious! Lyme Disease is transmitted from an infected tick directly to the dog.    He is neutered, current on vaccines, heartworm negative and on monthly preventive. His adoption fee is $100.   Interested in adopting? APPLY HERE: https://www.fultoncoanimalcenter.org/application-to-adopt-a-dog to fill out an application.  Any other dogs in the home must come for a meet & greet!    Sunday/Thursday CLOSED  Monday/Saturday 11-4  Tuesday/Friday 11-5 Wednesday 11-6 ##2020026##

Story
Hi, my name is Echo! I'm an action packed social butterfly in a small body. I love any thing and everything squeaky and treat related. I'm fine with cats and I love kids of any age! When I want to play with you, I prance my happy dance. I also love to play with other dogs, but sometimes I get too bitey. My foster mom says I'm easy to redirect though! I think I would love to live with a young dog around my size who likes to play. I love to cuddle and sleep with my foster family at night. I can take time to get used to new people, but once I'm familiar with you, I will play and cuddle with you so much. I love my foster home, but I can't wait to have a home I can call my forever home. I really can't wait to meet you!Born 02/24/2023- adoption fee $300- small at 22lbs- neutered- in foster home- good with cats- good with dogs- good with kids- working on house trainingFill out an application at all4animalsrescue.org  ##1734377##
