To schedule a time to meet this animal, please email meetme@arl-iowa.org.---- Loves people and companionship - Smart boy who knows sit- Enjoys spending time with dogs who have a similar play style- Does well on a leash - Tends to be an introvert around other dogs and may prefer one-on-one interactions or smaller groups of dog friends; may not be comfortable at dog parks or at large, dog-friendly events (dog intro recommended) - Shy pup who may need extra time to warm up to new people and things; will likely open up in a home environment with patience and time and may prefer a calm, quiet home- May take some time to warm up to new dogs and may prefer some dogs over others; would be most comfortable with a slow introduction to new dogs (dog intro recommended) - Loves to learn and has great focus - especially if you have treats - so would be a lot of fun to train - Young, noisy or busy children can be too much for them (mature home recommended) This pet qualifies for our 7-day Foster-to-Adopt program.
